Very professional painting service. There are some painting services in Barrie that have not even returned our calls, but Springwater painters answered immediately and was ready to help. They were quick to make an appointment for a quote and even sent a Google calendar notification. After original quote was provided they were quick to schedule the work. The job itself went off without a hitch and their workers arrived on time and completed the painting in a professional and very competent manner. As mentioned our experience with other painters in barrie has been much worse than this and we would definitely recommend Springwater painters to anybody.

Recently, I had the pleasure of working with this fantastic team to have my garage doors painted, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They did an excellent job from the very beginning, arriving promptly and taking the time to explain the painting process to me. They were attentive to my needs and preferences, and they worked quickly and diligently to get the job done right. What's more, they left my property clean and tidy, ensuring that they left no mess behind. While the caulking wasn't initially perfect, I was blown away by how quickly Springwater Painting addressed the issue. They returned the very next day to perfect the caulking, and it looks fantastic now. It's clear that this team takes great pride in their work and cares about their customers' satisfaction. The Springwater Paint Co. did a fantastic job painting our kitchen cupboards and backsplash! It gives the kitchen a whole new look. We were impressed with their service as well. The communication between us was a very pleasant experience!

I waited to write this review because I was quite upset initially, unfortunately the longer I waited the more issues I found. They came and provided a quote which specifically said no subcontractors (no problem if they had used them but they claimed not to). First day the guy was late. So I had to leave before he arrived. Not awesome letting a stranger in my house without even meeting him but needed it done. They said 2-3 day job so I took my kids away for the night so we would be out of the way. When I returned end of day two the job wasn’t even half done and it was not great. I contacted the project manager and he said he would come by and take a look but most likely was just because it wasn’t done yet. Sure makes sense. While talking with the painter he mentioned he was a subcontractor and this was his first time working with the company. Red flag. The project manager should have been way more on top of this painter if he was brand new. The saga goes on but I will sum it up by saying I was invoiced several time with a payment due date, which the job was still incomplete by. They did end up removing the painter from the job and sending in their own team but the damage was done. There is paint on the walls (this was a trim job) and floors. So many missed spots and it just looks very poorly done . This 3 day job tools weeks to complete and I continually went over what I was unhappy about with the project manager and painters to no avail. They kept asking me to go around and point out issues. I hired painters so I would be hands off and I was more hands on then their project manager. Needless to say months later I am still very unhappy, still cleaning paint off the floor and still finding issues.

Our kitchen cabinets were structurally sound but needed to be modernized and spruced up. The team from Springwater Painting did an incredible job completing this for us. They removed the doors and drawer fronts and took them away to be professionally sprayed. One of their staff came to our home and painted all the cabinet sides and fronts. She was meticulous and very friendly. All the staff we dealt with were professional, friendly and contentious. The finish on the cabinets is amazing. They completed the job on time and ensured that everything was as we had hoped. Thank you to the Springwater Team!
