My experience was not good with the Sleep country, because I was told at the time of purchase that the return/exchange policy of the unused pillows 30 days but when I went back for exchange, the sales rep told me that I cannot exchange, for exchange I had to come back in the shift of the same rep who sold me the pillow and secondly the exchange time is 10 days only.I tried to explain but he was very rude and was not willing to listen me.

James was awesome with a super friendly service and in depth product knowledge. He took all the time needed to ensure he offered us all options we considered. We appreciated his help which enabled us to select a complete offering during boxing day deal.Thank you again James. You are a great asset to the Strawberry Hill location.

Had a very good experience with sales person James , bought two king size mattress , loved the experience , he was so calm , knowledgeable, friendly and provided with best offer and explained each and every thing soo clearly had a wonderful experience .

Over the past ten year’s we’ve purchased mattresses from the Strawberry Hill Sleep Country store. We found them very helpful in selecting a proper mattress and recently two gel pillows with are great. The sales people take the time to demonstrate the feature’s and benefits. With there help we finally got the proper mattress and pillows. No charge for delivery and recycling our old mattress Thanks to Sleep Country. They’re in our neighborhood!

If I could give more than five stars I would. David and his college went above and beyond with their customer service. As a student buying my first time bed, they made it so easy. They did not rush me, push me or upsell me in anyway… in fact they spent lots of time with me just to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Two days later I came back and decided to invest in another pillow (while already having four from here previously, that have lasted years). Sleep country is definitely the one shop I will always trust when it comes to sleep, mattresses and pillows. A big shoutout to David for helping me find the most amazing deals in my budget to ensure I could walk away happy with what I love.

It was our first experience with sleep country. We had high hopes but all went to the drain. Went to 120th and 72 ave location and was misguided by the sales woman. When we went for exchange we got to know that all the previous information provided by one of their sales rep was false. We had exchange the mattress and paid double the amount. The sales guys said we will get a call from the manager to discuss the matter about wrong information. We got a call from the manager, and instead of apologizing or compensating for the mistake, he said he will make us talk to the sales lady. We were okay with that. Today its been weeks since this conversation happened. None of them called back neither manager nor the sales lady. They are not bothered if the customers leave the store unhappy or leaving bad reviews. I am writing this to help general public. Pleaae be careful before you walk in to this location. They are most unprofessional and biggest rip offs. They don't care for your money and time. WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN

The staff at the Strawberry Hill Sleep country were excellent. Frankly I was a bit of a pain in the butt trying to find the right bed and came back multiple times. They were always friendly and helpful. After I bought the bed we needed up returning it (friends of ours talked u in to going from a king to two twin Xl. They didn't have a problem with that at all. It is the ir company policy and we added a set of bed recliners. After about two months we realized we hated the twin xl's. We hated how they separated in the middle. the absolute worse. We were concerned as there is usually only one bed flip but the staff there called head office and plead our case and head office gave us one more flip. We are extremely happy with our third bed! And we are extremely happy with the service by the staff. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.
