We had purchased a new home with geothermal installed. We tried several company’s for maintenance of our system. It wasn’t until We called Devon to service our system that it was finally working right. He took the time to teach us how it worked and what to look for to insure it stays running at 100%. He’s a fantastic tech and super friendly too. I highly recommend him to anyone with geothermal.

In 2011 we replaced an old gas furnace with a new Geo Thermal system in our house and installed a second Geo Thermal system in our garage.Envirotech looked after the project from start to finish; they developed the specifications for our needs, they provided alternative solutions, they handled all ordering, delivery and logistics (including the required drilling of six wells), they removed and disposed of the old system, installed and got the 2 new systems operational and provided training.The system in the garage has run flawlessly for 7 years now. We have had some issues with the house system, however Devon has always been there to get the issues dealt with.Overall, I would highly recommend Devon and Envirotech Geothermal.

Devon is very personable, his company installed our geothermal system in 2007 and it has been running like a charm ever since. He is always happy to come and do system maintenance and goes above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience during the cold winter months and hot summer months. We love our Geo heat/AC and would recommend Envirotech Geothermal to anyone looking for reliable and affordable heat and air conditioning. Devon is honest, fairly priced and reliable.

We have an older home (1940s construction) on a small lot, and were looking to do a significant retrofit to get off of natural gas completely. EnviroTech won the work with their plan to install a 3-ton ground source heat pump paired to a 4-ton ground loop and a hybrid hot water tank (along with related upgrades to electrical, ducting, and plumbing). It was a somewhat complex and difficult project, but EnviroTech managed all the sub-trades required. We were especially impressed with the care and diligence that all the EnviroTech employees put into the job: it is clear that they take pride in their work and strive for excellence. While the project did have its share of unexpected complications (most of which were not the fault of either ourselves or EnviroTech), EnviroTech was always prompt, responsive, and ensured our needs were met -- which was especially appreciated as we continued to live in the house while the renovations took place. We are very pleased with the system, and it's working great! A ground source heat pump is certainly an expensive investment, but I would recommend EnviroTech to anyone considering it.

It's great to know there are still companies out there with fantastic customer service and quality work. Devon is extremely knowledgeable in the geothermal industry. He is very professional and explains everything thoroughly. He gives great suggestions and advise so we could make the decisions and he followed through in the installation of it all. Also accommodating to getting the job done as quickly as possible even with the four hours of travel time. Highly recommended.

Top notch: Service, Quality, Performance.The team at Envirotech Geothermal impressed this demanding customer with their prompt and excellent communication. Steve was always easy to get a hold of and was happy to orient us to the ground source heat pump system we bought. The team was always able to answer our many detailed questions.Once on site to perform the install they were very careful and courteous. The sub-trades that they employed were also excellent. They worked hard to ensure that we were very happy with all aspects of the installation. I have since installed a number of systems to monitor the energy harvested from the ground loop and power consumption by the heat pump. My conclusion is that the system works precisely as the Envirotech Geothermal team promised.Having the geothermal system in operation through the winter of 2021-22 I can state that I am very impressed with it’s efficiency. The amount of energy consumed in January of 2022 (a very cold month in Edmonton) was 1/6 of what we would have used with our natural gas furnace. The cost of power to operate the geothermal heat pump in January was only $75 more than what we used in October.To conclude; geothermal is a very efficient, way to heat and cool your home and the Envirotech Geothermal team are an excellent choice to help you make the switch.

My old heat pump on my geothermal system began to have serious problems this winter. I called Devon to help out and we went through some of the options, which included replacement of the heat pump. After much deliberation my wife and I decided to replace the heat pump. Devon was very professional when it came to helping us chose the right heat pump setup for our needs. When it came time to install the system Devon worked tirelessly to get the system running. The best part is the constant support after the installation. 5/5 would highly recommend.

Amazing service! (Sorry for the late review)During the winter of 2021 our Geothermal Heat Pump stopped working. Devon arrived to our home promptly to do some trouble shooting of the unit. It was determined that a new unit would be needed as our current one was over 20 years old and had plenty of issues. Devon was familiar with our heat pump as he had repaired it a few years prior (he suggested we get a new unit then but we didn’t….. we should have listened to him!!) Devon was able to order a brand new unit which was shipped from Ontario. The unit arrived in 2 days and he and his team began installing it right away. This was crucial as it was -30 and we had a 1 year old in the home. Devon and his team installed the new unit without any issue and it as been working wonderfully ever since. Devon even allowed us a bit of extra time to pay off the bill. We can’t thank him enough for all the work he has done for us the last couple of years. Extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable!! Thanks again!!
