I've had multiple issues with BrokerLink. We were mis-quoted on my spouse's new car, the quote changed without explanation after the purchase only to find that the rep we had called had added many options to the plan without our consent, it was still nearly $150/year over what we were initially quoted two weeks previous and took several calls to resolve.In looking at motorcycle insurance I've spoken with nearly a dozen phone reps, been promised callbacks multiple times (not one callback) and been hung up on their phone system nearly every time I call during the week, usually after an hour or more waiting.I can get someone on the weekend, but they need to check with the underwriting department to confirm the quote and thus will need to call me back, which never happens. If you ask to speak with a supervisor/manager they say they'll need to call you - which surprise, doesn't happen either. At one point a rep tried to tell me that my current insurance provider doesn't even do motorcycle insurance so I'd have to get a whole new policy with a different provider; my current provider was actively advertising their cycle insurance on their homepage at the time.I simply cannot express how frustrating it is to try to deal with BrokerLink and cannot recommend them.

Very straight forward and super friendly for a first time new car owner! They take their time to make sure you understand and are in the know!
