No stars for this place. If you can find someone else do so.Even after committing to them and paying to get our mortgage out of arbitration they sunk us again and no mortgage dealer would deal with us. I my self have 2 jobs my wife works and son in law works.money was never the issue. Property taxes paid a year in advance. They were not making enough money at the current agreed upon rate so they closed.

As long as they are getting rent (from the government or not) they don't care what kind of tenants they rent to, even if they threaten and trash their other tenants places.Make sure you find out your neighbors, they don't care about your safety. They will tell you it's YOUR problem and they will do nothing.If you're buying a house their Realtors are good (Jennifer Kightley)Be cautious when RENTING.
