To all newcomers around Saddletowne NE Canada and even those who are looking for the best phone and plan deal, you should come and visit Bell - Saddletowne Circle and look for Mr. SAHIB - a very friendly and professional Sales Associate. I went there just to seek for a professional advice because apparently, I got myself into a very bad deal with a different carrier. Mr. Sahib took care of my concerns right away and offered me an iPhone 14 plan deal with zero down with a VERY generous discount which was truly irresistible! He literally extended all possible discounts to me; gave me the freedom to choose what's best for me, and even explained to me all of its inclusions and benefits. He is by far THE BEST Sales Associate that I've ever met! I hope Bell would value SAHIB's service for he is truly a precious asset to this company. He deserves a pay raise, promotion, a donut, and cup of hot coffee! Thank you Bell and Sahib! Awesome Job! Keep it up!

Mr. Rana is very good at Customer Service. We told him our requirements and He explained about a deal that met our requirements and was the same as Costco deal. We told him that do not need the phone. So he did not force us to buy the phone. He is very good at his job. it took a bit of time because of System Glitch. He got help from one of his Colleagues. She is also very knowledgeable,; and helped to solve the problem. Overall, It was excellent customer Service.

Went to this store today to return my device and when I got there the guy working there closed the store 2 hours early, when I told him that they close at 7 not 5 he said ok come back in 15 mins, I come back in 15 and he said oh my system was down but in reality this guy was watching a movie ( I know this because I could see this screen from the shop window), if someone from management sees this I went to this store on the 17th of Jan 2023 at 5PM, please teach your employees how to interact with your customers.

My experience with Bell Saddletowne Circle branch was great! Mr. Sahib is an expertise when it comes to his job. I had a great student plan because he explained what I really need. My phone was not compatible here in Canada so he really suggests the best phone plan for me. He's very friendly and easy to communicate with. I can say Bell is very helpful to newcomers like me. The technician they sent to me was completely useless! He had no clue what he was doing. All I wanted installed was the internet, it took him OVER 3 hours! He asked to use my washroom which is totally ok, then he wanted a coffee but i dont drink coffee so I offered juice, then 2 hours in, he gets up and says I forgot some tools, I have to run home. WHAT THE HELL, REALLY?! Unacceptable! I will now be going with Shaw. Forget MTS TERRIBLE SERVICE

They were very friendly and efficient. They did not have the phone I wanted so he took the time to call another store and the employee at that store stayed late so I was able to get my new phone that day. Very grateful, I love my new pixel 7. It takes great photos!
