We are extremely happy with the work done by Niagara Falls moving company! Setting up an appointment was very easy and the sales staff was helpful.The movers (Jose, Angel and Jose) arrived on time. I had to ask them to pack some items for us because we just ran out of time. They had all of the materials necessary to accomplish the job and they were very clear and upfront as far as the additional costs involved. The Jose, Angel and Jose worked diligently carefully and efficiently. No items were damaged or lost during the move! We highly recommend this company.

Coast to Coast move with Niagara Falls moving company. I just had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Niagara Falls moving company . I had one visit early on at my request to assess the move. That was already an excellent help as Gil explained exactly how much each object would cost to move as we went through the house so I could make good decisions. I received an immediate quote and a 100% guaranteed move date. I also received a list of items not to pack for a move. Move day came and the team took such good care of my more fragile belongings even noticing the cane backed chairs, which they wrapped in blankets and cardboard. My shipment was being delivered to two different locations and I had marked each part of the shipment with different colors. When it was delivered in Oregon not a box was in the wrong place!! I was able to request a delivery window too and Ron and his team did a fantastic job of communication and delivery to both locations. Most impressive of all, the team did not leave until I personally spoke to Gil who had originally arranged my move to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service. I certainly was more than satisfied. If you are looking for movers I strongly recommend!

This has been an amazingly easy experience!!! The office staff was wonderful helping with my needs and questions prior to moving day. Then three WONDERFUL movers came EARLY to my home and were as thorough, caring, and efficient as I could have imagined. They took excellent care of everything in my home including a grand father clock, large dining room hutch, piano, and so much more. I couldn't have asked for better care if I tried. And they were efficient, communicated throughout the move, and were so positive! Thank you so very much!!! Best experience moving EVER!!!

They were wonderful when I needed to move my Grandmother's sideboard from my brother's place in Birmingham to my home in Leeds. Not only were they the cheapest quote I received, I found them to be very attentive to meeting my needs. From the first moment I contacted them until the moment when the movers left my home and I got a follow-up phone call to make sure everything was to my satisfaction, I found everyone I dealt with to be totally professional and quick. The gentlemen who did the actual moving were efficient, courteous and very mindful of how they handled the sideboard and my home & its contents. During the booking process, Amy was very easy to work with and accommodating when I needed to do some minor changes. I also liked the fact that they contacted me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and that they were billing my credit card the balance of the monies due them. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

They did an excellent job, despite the fact that we had only two days to prepare the relocation. They were really efficient and professional, and when a billing error was found, they quickly issued a check reimbursement to us. I would unquestionably recommend them to anyone.
