My wife and I used star home pest control and Bill was absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable. He even took the time to talk to us throughout the process and even recorded everything for us via pictures and video. He was efficient, precise, and when it was done you could not tell that squirrels did any damage. Bill even cleaned up as well and when they caused another hole he was right there for us. I would recommend this company to everyone and would definitely use him again. We were 100% satisfied and his prices were more than reasonable.

Sorry, but this review is the best I could do without being overly verbose.First impressions:I called several pest control companies and StarHome was the first to call and follow up with an email. Muhammad came that same day. After inspecting the situation, he presented his findings and proposed a remedial course of action with a plan: What, Why, Where, Who, When, hoW Long, hoW, and hoW much.Problem:Mr. & Mrs. Squirrel with their babies got through a roof vent and settled in the attic of our house.Solution:Remove the family of squirrels and prevent other rodents from making our attic their home.Second impressions:Muhammad started work immediately. This included preventative measures to keep out the rodents once they leave. Muhammad also implemented some tactical tricks to check for and trap rodents still in the attic. Moreover, to prevent other rodents from invading our space, Muhammad installed galvanized wire mesh covers on all the roof vents.Third impressions:Muhammad showed up punctually throughout the process. He was always courteous. He cleaned up each time. Muhammad was very effective and efficient. He walked me through the whole process and provided other tips.Bottom line:Muhammad is a professional. He took care to maintain health and safety protocols during the whole process. This included wearing protective gear, spraying disinfectants, and cleaning up after the work. His many years of Customer Service at large corporations were evident. He is customer-oriented and did what he can to meet my schedule. Muhammad did what he said he would do.This was one of my positive service experiences.

We had a raccoon in our attic. Bil came over the next day and after a quick inspection he advised us of a detailed plan and answered all our questions very patiently.
