Terrible return policy - will only take back sealed items in 30 days, something broke? Something wrong with the item that you wouldn't find out until trying to use it in real life? Well you are out of luck here! Bought a stroller, after a few longer sessions and 3 weeks my daughter started to complain it hurt her back, brought it back and was informed of that fun stipulation to the return policy.I was told and I quote: You need to contact the manufacturer or maybe put a blanket on it"I get it... carseats

This ToysRUs is OK . It's laid out well. Shelves are stocked. Service is OK, I just prefer the Whitby location a little better. Loads of parking here. Good Co-Vid protocols.

Where do I begin.GREAT STORE and AMAZING STAFF.CORA, MILES and SANDRA just to name a few are such amazing employees.I frequent whitby, vic park and this store.Let me tell you the service at vic park and whitby is completely atrocious and I prefer this store over all of them.Great toys r us to have in the neighborhood will keep coming here for decades to come.Cheers

Corazon is the best, please don't believe everything you read

I was recently in the store to compare strollers and was assisted by Jaime who was fantastic. I don’t often leave reviews but her knowledge and recommendations were outstanding. She went above and beyond to provide top notch service to ensure I was making the right choice and eased any concerns I had! Thank you Jaime for such a positive shopping experience!

We popped into look at strollers and were fish out of water. Jamie showed us a number of options, she carefully reviewed them all with us, she took the time to show us how they all worked and really made us feel like we were much better informed in making a choice.Definitely recommend coming here, and hope that whoever comes, has the chance to have Jamie help them!

Impossible to get a hold of the store manager. My experience there was horrible even there I shop at this location frequently. The “supervisor” Corazon is the worst I’ve ever had to experience. Zero customer service skills and lacks accountability. I do need to SHOUTOUT JUSTIN (I think he works in the back. Builds bikes) he was amazing. Amazing etiquette over the phone and in person. Went above and beyond for me and my daughter. Thank you Justin!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted us upon entry, which was nice. Lots of stock for toys and Lego, kids heaven up in here!

Great customer service! We purchased a bike for my toddler and received the free assembly offer in store. We came back the next day to pick it up. When my daughter tried riding it, we heard a clicking sound everytime she pedaled. The salesperson who was also the person that assembled the bike for us offered to reassemble another new bike for us. It only took about 10 minutes and we were off with a brand new bike with no more clicking sounds. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I found this location to be cleaner, more organized, and knowledgeable than the other Toys r' Us locations in the GTA. We were very satisfied with my purchase and shopping experience at this location. :)

Been visiting this location for several years now and every visit has been positive. Not many locations in Toronto have what I'm looking for if it's exclusive or isn't stocked in bulk, so it's kinda hard to hunt for what I'm looking for at times with others picking stuff up before I get the chance. I was luckily able to make an online order of an item I'd been searching for for months now, so I guess when they got their shipment in, I was able to order the last one for in store pick up and all it took was a 15 minute drive from Scarborough to the Pickering location. Was very happy that my order was fulfilled right away after Family day, plus I got the chance to browse around and see their new layout. I was told by a lovely worker (Stephanie) that they were setting up a book store in the center, I guess to promote reading and learning more to children. She was very kind after seeing that I was standing in line for a couple extra minutes, also greeted and talked with me for a bit about their new floor plans and how I came from out of the my city to come pick up my figure. The service was great, the staff is always kind/helpful and it was nice getting to see what got put where for my next visit. Glad I got to swing by on my day off and find something I've been lookin' for to add to my collecting. Keep up the great work! still gonna continue to shop here when given the chance.A+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
