By far the worst retail company to deal with when shipping items. Paid extra for FedEx, I understand with covid it wouldn't be next day. However my order was placed a week ago and a shipping label hasn't even been created. There is no speaking to customer service unless you email and it takes 7 business days before they can respond.

The lady that works there is very rude and gives a lot of attitude when asked questions. she works in customer service yet does not know how to work in customer service. Only go and shop there when the nice guy is working. I used to love going there for fun and buying things now when I’m at the mall and see the lady working i don’t even bother going in

Google says they are open at 10am, came here at noon and saw two people behind the counter with the doors closed. I knocked to ask if they were open. They ignore me at first glance and when they realized I didn't leave, they yelled that they are closed. I asked when they are open and they said 2pm. Seems suspicious overall for Monday January 31. Bad customer service.

RETURN POLICY ABSURD...Very disappointed in shoppping at this store. Tried returning a weighted blanket that was clearly not opened and has a lock for the zipper on the package. And was told no refunds because they are final sale because it could have been used. It was clear it wasent used because of the lock. Was supposed to get a refund of $145. 89 and instead got a store credit for this amount. This was a gift for my daughter (15)and was very excited to get this money to purchase something else elsewhere.

The worst service I have ever received. The color on the box was not at all what was inside, despite that I did not open the cap to check the product as I am aware of the return policy which they will not accept if opened. So the next day I went back to the shop to ask them for a different color as I am an Asian girl and needed a darker color, not brick red. The lady refused to change even when I showed her that I did not open the cap, but the color on the cap is not what is on the box, she asked me to come back in an hour when her manager comes back from the break. I waited in the mall for an hour and came back when her manager said they do not exchange because of COVID. I explained to her as well that for the same reason I did not open or use the product but she denied giving me an exchange or store credit and asked me to contact the headoffice. I am very disappointed that these companies are making COVID as an excuse to treat their customers wrongly and not cooperate or provide a solution at all. Would not recommend anybody to this fraudulent shop.

Terrible customer service from cashier in training or employee. The worst.Buy 3 get 4th item free posted all over front of store I didnt notice.Cashier rings all my items and doesn't inform me of my free item. Another cashier tells her I should get a free item and I thank that beautiful employee. The other employee says sorry its too late has to be scanned in the purchase. Like lol ok. Spent over 120 bucks and couldnt even get proper customer service ....

Passed through for some last minute gift ideas on Christmas Eve. They had some cool stuff and it was fun to look at some of the things you see on infomercials. Lol.

I got prime drink for $10 and I saw at a gas station here for only $3 they scammed me

I called to say that my mother was there for pickup and asked what they needed and my mom needed for them to give her my order. I was told that she just needs my order confirmation number, as that tells enough for them. My mother waits for 30minutes, so I call back and the girl told me that my mother needed to call to say she was there. I understand protocol, but it didn’t make sense as I JUST told them she was there waiting. Also, the girl didn’t tell me that. I finally get the order, and it was the wrong product. The girl argued me on the phone about my mother waiting.
