Maddigan has always taken care of me. I've bought 2 vehicles from Ryan and have had a great experience. I went to a different dealership in Edmonton where I was living and the problem their Service Department found wasn't under warranty". I went to Maddigan for a second opinion and sure enough it was a different problem and was something that was covered by my warranty. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. You can't find a better place to buy a vehicle or get service!!"

My credit was poor and I really thought I couldn’t get a vehicle that I so desperately needed. Working with Samra she found me an incredible car with low mileage. Sent my my truck for an oil change and changed two other filters that I didn’t want as I had replacements at home . Was only told they needed to be replaced yet never gave consent for replacement . Was charged an extra $120.00 for it. When I went back to talk to them about it, was lied to about giving them consent at first. Then said I need to wait ten mins to talk about it. I said I do not have time to wait and I wouldn’t be back and why I never purchased my truck there

We were driving to Edmonton from Saskatoon for family day when the washer nozzles on our 2015 Ram stopped working… in the middle of a slush storm. We couldn’t see on the highway because of the dirty windscreen so we pulled into town to try and figure out what the issue was.I found that the hose to the washer nozzle had broken off under the hood and wasn’t something I could repair with what I had on hand, so we drove to the dealership to hopefully get a replacement part.Not only did the parts advisor/manager help me out with the price of the part (which was ridiculously expensive, but not the dealers fault), a young technician who happened to be in the parts department at the same time I was there offered to install the nozzle and repair the broken hose while I waited and even topped up the washer fluid for us.Top marks for taking care of a family who has never spent money at your store before today. Thank you for your generosity, willingness to help and for going out of your way to make a difference for us today!Cheers!!

We purchased a 2020 Dodge 3500 truck in July. The paint on the truck is peeling and chipping off like cheap nail polish. We don't drive excessive gravel and for the most part the truck is used for day to day errands and trips to airport in Calgary. I contacted Maddigan to inquire wether this is normal or not and possibly submit a warranty issue. Well the person who took all my information and photos neglected to submit to Chrysler then dodged my calls for 3 weeks. When it was finally submitted to Chrysler, they claimed it was out of their scope of coverage. Maddigan assured me they did everything they could to advocate my case BUT I got a completely different story from FCA who stated that it was Maddigans position that the cheap paint chips were not warranty worthy and caused by road and rock chips. So my take is that it is Maddigans position that sure your truck can have rock chips the kind you get driving in Vegreville to Walmart and UFA and that the paint doesn't stand up and its not their problem. My advice is if you do have an issue ladies bring your husband or lawyer because the condescending tone and literally the attitude of tough luck is all your going to get and I have to admit it was a bit misogynistic.Lesson learned I should have stuck with Sherwood Dodge or Camrose Chrysler and frankly YOU SHOULD TO!! Keep driving right past this dealership because honestly once they have sold you the truck they just don't care!As reply: Should my truck not be able to withstand daily driving on highway 16 and 14 and streets of Vegreville? Or to avoid cheap paint chipping should I just leave it in my driveway.
