I wanted to create a laundry closet on the main floor of a house and this involved running the electrical, plumbing, venting, and installation of a partition wall. I met with three contractors for a quote and Jeff was by far the most thorough in his assessment of the work. He brought in his ladder and started to poke around to see how and where the plumbing could be routed which was the most challenging part of this job. When he was done, Jeff presented me with two options and the pros and cons of each. Right away he established credibility because of the thoughtfulness behind his plans. Cost wise, his quote was mid-range compared to the other two so it wasn't too low or too high and seemed reasonable to me. Jeff completed the project on time and did everything that we agreed on. He has a background in engineering which was evident to me because he was a very good problem solver, detail oriented, precise, and meticulous. Aside from the laundry closet, there were a few other items around the house that Jeff helped me with and they were all completed with the same high level of care. Jeff was a pleasure to work with - kind, honest, courteous, and a professional. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole experience and the outcome knowing that everything was done right.
