Radiant Health Yoga - Woodstock
Life Changing! I joined this fabulous studio last December. Overweight, no confidence and intimidated by the thought of joining a yoga studio. I was welcomed with open arms, never judged and always supported! These yoga teachers really care about their members and work hard to help you remember the inner warrior within you. I’ve lost 30 lbs., I’m stronger, more flexible and so much more confident. I now go to 6 classes a week and LOVE them all. Every class is suitable for all body types and experience levels. This is not your typical yoga studio, this is a large supportive family!

Great place for all types of Yoga, Hot, Warm & Easy, Cool, Restorative. Wondering instructors. Katherine always keeps things interesting. Monthly passis very reasonable. Keep up the great work and atmosphere!

I love this place for sauna sessions, 30 min for 25 bucks is a steal, it is well equipped with all amenities you need, completely private room with shower, washroom and the saunaIt’s my zen time or stretch time in the sauna it really refreshes youKatherine is very polite and pleasant to deal withI highly recommend this place for any of your Zen needsThank you
