Sales rep, Les was super friendly and laid out all options of purchase plans, options, rental packages and buyback.Installer, Carlos was prompt, also super friendly and finished earlier than he said. Really good tutorial on use and care.Can't recommend them stronger.

Great experience working with Home Stairlift! Mo was great on the consult and estimate, he did a great job on our custom order. The installation by Sean and Carlos was really smooth and pleasant. We really appreciated the patience from Sean in providing the training, he never rushed us and took his time to ensure we were satisfied. I would totally recommend using Home Stairlift!

Great customer onboarding experience. Alexandra is a great field account manager, she took her time with provide a clear explanation of proper fittings of the chair lift. This Friday they came and installed the units .Justin and Brian were on time and finished within the scheduled timeframe. All boxes and carton were taken away too.

Just like that! When we found out we were going to need a stair lift relatively quickly and on a pretty narrow staircase, the great reviews pointed me to Home Stairlift Rentals - and for good reason! The quote was provided quickly, there are a lot of options to rent or buy, and the cost Is reasonable. Today the installation was done by Junior; he’s amazing - quick, professional and very knowledgeable with all COVID protocols observed. Now we’re all set! I totally recommend this company! The stairlift installer was very professional and courteous, not to mention quick. The whole process was done in a few hours. The stair lift is quiet and works well. I especially like the fold up rail, which allows us to continue using the baby gates for our 2 grand children. All options were discussed at the initial meeting with Aleksandra and the rental option was a bonus. Very happy with the experience and would recommend to anyone need in permanent or temporary solution to mobility issues.

We are very happy with our new stairlift for my mother-in-law. We used the The Home Stairlift team as they came recommended by another family member. They are very knowledgeable and gave us good advice, especially Aleksandra who was both caring and professional. We were initially unsure about putting a stairlift on a shared staircase, but the custom design is very sleek and blends in well so we barely notice it.We had also rented a straight stairlift to the basement while waiting for the custom curved one and both types were perfect for our needs.The installers Eric and Sean were very efficient and also friendly. Their patience in explaining the functions to my mom and me was much appreciated … I deliberately asked a couple of dumb questions for the benefit of my mother-in-law!!I highly recommend this company and their products to anyone looking for a stairlift installation. Home Stair lift is a wonderful reliable & affordable company. We were very please of the sleek look of our stair lift. We were very happy with Eric & Nicoholas who installed our stair lift in a precise and professional manner. They knew exactly what they were doing to make sure the safety and accuracy of the stair lift to work. Very friendly and polite. After installation they were very clean and took away all the debris. I always request them back if I need them to re-check anything.I highly recommend this company as we love our stair lift and is easy to operate. Thank you!

I have installed Stairlift at home for my mom. I went for the option rent to own, salesperson helped a lot with what should I go for itI have it since February 2018. Still under warranty most of the repair parts. The service fee, we have to pay for it for the technician to come over and diagnose it and fix it.Customer service is the best one within this company. They try to accommodate within a day or two for your service
