We were in the middle of a basement reno when we found out that we had areas where water had gotten through at some point in time. We were able to find someone who advised us to dig around the house and do a lot of destructive work. Southview Foundations came to our rescue this Spring when we had hairline cracks in our foundation walls and some water coming into the basement. They quickly came to our rescue and cracks were filled with polyurethane injection and carbon fibre braces . This was such a relief as they responded quickly to our problem . We are VERY pleased with the result and their quick response to our plight . We cannot thank them enough for their understanding and quick response to our call . Southview Foundations repaired a cracked foundation I had. I found that Matt did a great job and provided excellent customer service. He helped me navigate the permit process. He also did a good job communicating with the engineer and the city inspector on my behalf in order for us to close the permit.Southview Foundations will be my “go to” if I ever encounter foundation problems in any of my properties. I highly recommend them.

Amazing service and less invasive than traditional foundation repairs. We had a large smile crack in our foundation and it was fixed. True to their word on warranty a small hairline crack was missed during the initial visit and after rain and noticing they came back and did the hairline crack as well. Would highly recommend!!!

If you are having foundation problems and don’t want the hassle and expense of digging up your yard this is totally the way to go!! When Matt came to check out the cracks in our basement he was so helpful and answered all of our questions (and there was a lot)! When it came time for the repair him and his team were so thorough and they did such a good job! We haven’t had water in our basement since! This is definitely a company that I tell my friends and family to check out whenever I hear about their foundation issues. And if ever we have water in our basement again south view foundations will be our first choice!
