Great Canadian Oil Change
The staff here are incredible. They are always so lovely and explain everything they’re doing so patiently, without any pressure to buy into unnecessary upgrades. Troy helped me today and was great! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great Canadian Oil Change
Great vibes from employees...very friendly place.I went there to just make sure my lug nuts on my left tire were secured and just wanted to crank them just to make sure. This process took under 1min. I was charged $23 for something that any human with no car logic can do.

I had some Issues with my vehicle at this location but Braeden the area manager for the location was kind enough to reimburse me for all my expenses including towing. I highly appreciate his honest approach to the situation and helping me out within 24 hours.

Great Canadian Oil Change
I've got an old CRV and I don't do a great job at looking after it...the team at Great Canadian Oil Change made me feel valued despite my car not being in the best of shape. I've used other no appointment oil change companies before, and have not had great experiences. Highly recommend these folks! Super happy with the work and interactions I had today

Great Canadian Oil Change
Lovely staff and very convenient service. I took my old 2004 SUV there for an oil change, it took 15min and they made me aware of a transmission oil leak, top up my washing fluid, check the air filter, put air in the tires. Kaelee was very competent and super helpful. Just a bit pricey for an oil change (130$).

Great Canadian Oil Change
Most exhilarating oil change of my life. Essie is the goddess of oil changes. Seriously. I had also messed up a tad by over filling my oil when I topped up. Then didn’t close the oil cap fully. So made a bit of a mess. Not to worry she says. ! I was relieved. They cleaned it up n flushed my engine too. Took no time at all.

Great Canadian Oil Change
They did top up our engine oil without charge in the end. But that was after a 30 minutes wait, a car in the next lane getting the service before us despite us being here first, and me having to actually ask them to service us first since we were in line earlier. Plus when I went to ask I had to deal with this blond woman who seemed super reluctant to help and I felt like I had to stare her down for her to finally go talk to her colleague.

Great Canadian Oil Change
After a week of employment I was not provided a bump cap, safety glasses or uniform.The shop's always a complete mess when I start my shift, and that's because a majority of employees sit around doing nothing when they're not servicing vehicles. I shouldn't have to keep cleaning after those who are too lazy to do their own job.Not impressed with how many hazards are present, and an inspection should happen at this location. It's like they don't care about the companies policies and procedures when safety should be the number one priority.
