I woke up on a -25 day with no heat, phoned JD without an appointment and they were still here within a couple of hours. James took the time to explain the issue, how I could troubleshoot it and what to watch out for. He went way above and beyond my expectation, and the price was reasonable! Completely recommend without reservation!

over 2022 & 2023 our family have been dealing with this company which I highly recommend.We got a new furnace installed, and the ducts cleaned prior to installation. We got a new Air conditioning system installed this spring. They give a great bundled discount, and their servicemen in the field, and customer service people on the phone, are competent & helpful and prompt getting back to you.I like to do all my business with them, one stop shopping for HVAC with a local company

Judy and James both provided prompt and efficient service. First Judy was able to find my email (which had been put in a spam folder) and get me set up for the needed repair work to my dryer vent. James was very prompt and not only repaired my dryer vent, but secured it to the wall. He also explained the essentials for maintaining the vent on an ongoing basis. We have used J.D. Swallow's services for years- it is an excellent company with great staff; very knowledgeable about their business.

I had very worrying vibration coming from my furnace on the first day this winter (today), and James was able to come within a few hours and do some adjustments, and spent the time to explain what he did and why. Also have us advice on how to try to keep the furnace clean during renovations (it got filthy). Very happy with the service, knowledge, and professionalism. Also to Kim for the fireplace & BBQ hookup quote, and to her and Judy for setting up the service call
