This branch is located in Downtown Kitchener, in a building that has an architectural character, always clean, but the chairs aren’t comfortable at all, so far my coffee is delicious, I hope they keep it that way

The music that plays at this starbucks is beyond painful to listen too. Its like some man covering popular songs just wailing on the top of his lungs, please guys play something else!!! I feel so bad for the employees who are subjected to this for hours everyday. besides this, i love this starbucks.

This is probably the best, most consistent Starbucks that I have visited. They are quick, efficient, and friendly. I’m glad to have this back downtown again.

I was really excited about this location reopening after it had been shut down, but the reopening was underwhelming and I was off put by their new set of rules. At other Starbucks they offer free refills on iced coffee and iced teas for any beverage you get.However this location does not have the same services. The baristas here mentioned that that they are not able to honour this service since this is a privately owned Starbucks so they have their own rules moving forward.Furthermore, the Starbucks Reserve is no longer available at this location.

Really good drinks & coffe (as always). Although a bit overpriced, but still worth it. The place itself has good vibes, and the batista were nice and made my drink in no time.

Drinks were relatively quick, the order was correct, the staff was friendly and fun to talk to.Overall, it was a good, typical Starbucks experience. I like the atmosphere of this establishment, especially.

This location is absolutely beautiful! A great place to go and chat with friends or get some work done. I ordered a vanilla latte and chocolate croissant, both were delicious! Location was very clean and staff was super friendly, especially Neil! This will definitely be my new go to coffee spot, great job guys!
