Prices have gone up everywhere. I don't think that a store as big as Value Village should keep hiking prices with inflation where it is today. I will try to keep shopping there as I donate regularly. Just shop carefully.

It's unfortunate for this location but for video games, They partition the game discs from their corresponding cases for maximum profit and sell empty cases in bag lots. Other items I can understand but for movies and video games it makes no sense from a collectors perspective. Why would uou sell discs loose from the case? Also for the video games in the front glass display 11/10 times they are overpriced. Major corporate greed coming from this location. Why would you sell a game disc and a game case separate from eachother

Worst for prices in the Niagara Region but at times you can be lucky. Like the other Value Villages, men's shoes tend to be too worn to actually be worth purchasing. Again, best to shop here if you have a coupon.

Many things are overpriced. I saw quite a few dollar store items priced at more than what you would get them for at dollarama. There are a few broken things on the shelf, so make sure you test any electronics or things that require batteries. I found three broken electronics that I almost bought. No problems with the staff though they are very friendly.

I love value village but I must say this location I would not recommend! A few of the staff are extremely rude and argumentative. The prices are crazy high plus they just change pricing on you and grab your items right off self checkout !!!!

Amazing jewelery selection! So much to choose from, I could've spent an entire day browsing.The store was very clean and well organized, probably the most tidy and shoppable I've seen to date.Unfortunately the staff wasn't very friendly or helpful or approachable; they ignored my questions and there was no one assisting shoppers at the self checkout which created a frustrating lineup. My lower rating is based on the uninterested staff and lack of customer service - which makes all the difference.

No more change rooms to try on clothes. Prices have extremely increased for used clothing. Only have a exchange policy no refunds. The amount of goods they have to look through, u will always find what ur looking for ❤️

It's not a bad Value Village. The self checkout was buggered up when I was there, and I had to wait for assistance. Lots of items to buy and a reasonable price.
