Did an excellent job fixing a broken piece of the aluminum siding.

A rare five stars from me. The eavestrough business seems as hit-and-miss as that of roofing, at least in Kingston. A few good firms and many mediocre ones. The first challenge is to even have someone answer your request for a quote, or even call back. It took a couple of weeks for Norm Truscott, owner of Exterior Specialist, to get around to do a quote and show me his product but he did. The quote, provided within a day or two, was reasonable so the work was booked. It took several weeks for the crew to do the work but that was made clear by Norm - he has a lot of work these days. The four-man crew, led by Norm's son Jim, was clearly very proficient and did a very job of installing with minimal disruption. Jim walked around with me so that there would be no surprises. He made several good recommendations. Ours being a fairly large single family home, they were done in five hours. Norm came by the check on things at the end. I was very happy with their work, but i will say the proof will come when there is the first big rain and there are no leaks!
