Now i know why drivers hate this place. I waited 7 hours in there yard for pick up. Checked couple of times. Then the afternoon guy said he forgot about me. I think whole staff got attitude problem.

I really had bad experience with lady at front counter she called me to set my interview time and then pretended she never called me .I gave her call back nd told her name she hanged up on me . Really Disappointed

Most of the people here are nice ..but the white guy here mostly around 4 pm is very rude ..If you are reading this..brother you work here as a labour like all of us..don’t treat yourself as the boss..and respect others

One star is more than enough. They dont have value ot time.

My experience for a live load pickup, like many other drivers, wasn’t the best. just a reminder that these guys are STRICT and I mean STRICT about reefer temperature, so precool your reefer (frozen loads they want a minimum of -0F to give you a dock and are STUBBORN about it). The reefer set point can’t even be 0.1 above that’s how stubborn they are. Drivers don’t make the same mistake as me my whole day got wasted (reached 12pm - left 10pm empty) and I got kicked out because my reefer didn’t pre-cool enough as It had a minor Freon leak when I reached so it took FOREVER to drop temperature. It was at 2 degrees Fahrenheit by the time I left and they refused to load, this is why I’m stressing enough to PRECOOL your reefer and make sure it is WORKING properly! Reason for two stars is it is partially my fault for my reefer giving up on me at the shipper and the rude attitude night shift staff, however morning shift were polite.

Worst company for receiving deliveries ever. Especially that freaking reception guy in the evening time doesn’t know how to handle things here. Always trying to act like an owner here.

I’ve had my interview here months ago and I do not understand what the HR was trying to say plus she lacks therapeutic communication and clarification when she’s the HR. I don’t know how she got the job. I saw how her eyes were rolling when I was trying to explain stuffs that’s like intimidation. She tries to force me how I quit at my other job 3x!! when clearly, as an HR, you are not supposed to do that another case of intimidation and I felt uncomfortable after that. I don’t think she knows what she was doing. She needs more training. She asks a lot of unnecessary questions which infringes the Ontario Human Rights Code. The Front Desk that time lacks communication skills like I get you were busy but atleast try to accommodate me or look nice/welcoming. Honestly I’d put 0 stars if I can but the other guy who interviewed me was nice.

Standing in front of shipping receiving window for like 30 minutes. And guys who was sitting there chilling and talking completely ignored me. Then finally he saw me that i was waiting there for pick up ;after 30 minutes he told me give me one second". Then again keep chattring with other person for another 10 15 minutes. Loading took centuries. But how they behave with drivers and customers; completely rude and ignorant piece of****"

Almost 6-7 docks were already empty but got dock after 3hours now it’s 6 hours still there.
