Took a jeep window to have new zipper installed. Took over 3 trys and 3 months to repair. Final time, zipper was off by 2. By this time

Quality of work seems good. Front desk was friendly. My biggest complaint is that I dropped off a set of items to be restitched, I was told it would be 50 dollars, when I came back to pick up my items, I was told it would be 60. Seemed unprofessional.

Not many place around that fix shoes. But I took one in for a hole.. Large one. It took couple weeks but it was fixed good. Now it will last several months longer. Will be back.

I recently over a month ago took a hiking shoe in for repair of a torn lace loop,they said it could be repaired in a week,now four weeks,they called!Picked repaired shoe up,removed torn loop instead of matching it as promised,$10 for repair that probably took 15 minutes,thanks for the poor work?

Needed heels replaced. He suggested that replacing the whole sole would make the boots last longer and strengthen the boot. I spend good money on my shoes and boots.Repairing American made or foreign made soles will double the life of any shoe or boot at a cheaper price than buying new. I'm Soled" R"

Only shoe repair around. Had some cowboy boots stretched so I can wear again and some souls glued on a pair of Clark chucka boots . Good job.
