20 minutes later and my daughter still hadn't gotten her iced cap. When she finally asked she was told they were changing the milk. The employee 's were all gathered and socializing instead of working. My daughter left cause she was going to be late for work. Without getting reimbursed. And this is not the first time she gets bad service at this location!!

Very bad customer service.And very disrespectful! When customer ask for receipt you must give the receipt. Not to find excuse saying that your printer is not working!

Another location extremely short staffed. I waited in line 30 minutes for a bagel. To be told the kitchen is closed . We were only 2 people in line. They gave priority to UberEats, DoorDash, etc.Not even a hello. Service was mediocre.If you’re in a rush, don’t bother coming here.

One grumpy lady at the cash , another miserable lady making sandwiches.. staring at you like you are bothering them. I get it. Everyone is tired. But it’s called customer service and wouldn’t hurt to say hello and thank you.Yells on people because 5 instead of 4 in the line up inside.Don’t tell me it’s called Tim Hortons because today was really absurd and disrespectful.I am not doing management a favour just customers that choose to enter and receive s#^* treatmentGo to Starbucks. Even if they are super super busy always nice and respectful towards clients.

Worst service i ordered ice cap mocha and it always come with whipped cream and chocolate on top but the girl worker started fighting with me and said it doesn’t come with that and its additional charges. Please owner reply
