Will never go back to the place again. I bought a starter and left my old starter in the box in back of truck until I went to Preston. I went there today and they told me I couldn’t get my 20 back for old starter cuz he couldn’t see the barcode yet I had the receipt. The place is a joke. I don’t even give them a one star. Caequest is 5 star I will NEVER ago baxk to this place again. Also I went there one other day that the website said they’ were opened but they were closed .

Great prices and friendly staff. The process for calling a specific location for parts in your area is different but not complicated. Also able to hold products for a period of time which is helpful in the event you require something to get your car back on the road without travelling to all ends of the earth or waiting for an over night delivery from another store. I always check parts prices here first.

Purchased a part from here a month ago. The quality seems good, prices are often one the cheaper end!Friendly staff, good customer service.

Had a traffic encounter with one of their delivery drivers in the yellow cars recently. The Hotspot driver was behind me while I was attempting to make a left hand turn on a busy street having to cross lanes of traffic. He yelled and swore at me because in his opinion I was taking too long and holding him up. All this happened during rush hour and the traffic was heavy. I do not appreciate being bullied on the road and I know it was them because their company name is shown on the bumper

11.04.16 Today, for the first time ever, I called in at 12:21 p.m. to confirm that a part for my car had been ordered, since a friend of mine said that Hot Spot had the part. I received the most un-courteous service I have experienced with a company in a very long time. The male on the phone was unnecessarily rude from the beginning to end of our aprx. 1 minute conversation. Had it not been for my friend ordering that part on my behalf, I would NEVER do business with this company based on that first impression provided by the individual who did not so much as provide his name. I have to place at least one star for my post to show, otherwise, I wouldn't give it even one star.

I have used hot spot auto for parts for years ,great service and reasonable price they also do price match in most cases. Sammy does a great job.

Horrible parts store . People working there don't know anything .They say they have warranty but they don't

Please boycott HOT SPOT AUTO PARTS in Cambridge. To make a long story short I bought an ABS sensor for them I’ve had enormous issues since. He’s accused my mechanic and myself of switching parts. Now when I found out he gave me the wrong side and went to simply switch the part he’s accusing my mechanic and myself of ripping him off by putting on the part and now returning a faulty one So he’s refusing to switch the part. This is a complete lie and beyond ridiculous.Hot Spot in Cambridge has been nothing but hostile and constructed this insane mass conspiracy.Do not buy parts from them and ask your mechanic not to buy parts from the Cambridge location.

Great staff. Parts arrive quickly if they are not in stock, and staff is awesome. Will purchase from here again multiple times
