Great and easy to deal with. The only ones to answer my call after we lost hot water on Christmas Day. Sam was professional, on time and explained what the issue and repairs were.Would recommend them after this experience.

Ottawa HVAC is our trusted go-to for all things HVAC. They have done our hot water tank, furnace, gas stove hook-up, and today replaced our 27-year-old central air system. Jim is honest and really gives a damn about customer service - he takes it personally. He is true to his estimates and scheduling. The technicians were on time, friendly, thorough, efficient, and treated my home with respect. They laid down runners all away from the front door to the basement, and took all the waste away with them when they left. Highly recommended without reservation. Too bad there are only 5 stars available!

The Ottawa HVAC team were so great to work with! After finding out we needed a new furnace and AC unit, Amy was quick to answer our questions and get us in touch with Jim to figure out our options and what we actually needed for our home. Pricing and details on the products were provided right away and all questions were answered making us feel good with our decision to move forward with this HVAC company. We absolutely were blown away with how well our new furnace purchase unfolded. We looked around and got multiple estimates. Ottawa HVAC was very competitive and we chose them. So happy we did!When they arrived to install our furnace, they took great care to lay down mats to the basement to ensure no footprints or dirt. Then they removed the old furnace and installed our new one. Great attention to detail, excellent work and they gladly answered all our questions. Update: Continue to use this company and they continue to be so professional and friendly! HIGHLY recommend.Needed to have our furnace, washer and dryer inspected after a basement flood. Ottawa HVAC was quick to coordinate someone to come out. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and pleasant. Best of all, the scheduled an appointment time, so I didn't have to black out half a day for the inspection.

My hot water tank pilot light conked out on a Monday morning. I was on the phone with Amy by 8:30 am, and, by 11:00 am, a technician was at my door. After a valiant effort, leaving no stone unturned, it was determined that the 30 year old tank was done. By 12:45, I had a quote, and by noon the next day, the replacement was complete. Every step of the way, I dealt with courteous, professional and helpful staff. What was a major inconvenience for us turned into a minor blip. It's unusual to get such exemplary customer service from every single person you deal with in a company, but that's what I got from the first pleasant phone call to the smiling good bye after the installation. Customer for life! Highly recommend Ottawa HVAC.

When you purchase one of the best furnace on the market, you also want the best contractor to install it - which seems to be the most important step for a furnace replacement (based on my research). I finally stopped my choice on Ottawa HVAC inc and they really have not disappointed me. Not only did they do a clean / professional job with the installation, they were also readily available when needed afterwards which was critical for me (big thanks to Samuel). Jim’s team has exceeded my expectations. I would strongly recommend them...and this is not a fake review.

When we purchased our home a few years ago and realized we needed a new AC and Furnace we called Ottawa HVAC and they came right away. They were amazing. Their staff were efficient, friendly, professional and they did a fantastic job all at a good price. Since then they have continued provide services for us such as natural gas, duct cleaning and any general maintenance. We also recently purchased and had a new water tank installed where his team once again did outstanding job . We will always rely on Jim and his amazing team for all of our HVAC needs!
