Great Clips
Ive been getting hair cuts here since I was a kid. Today I was spoke to very rudely and aggressively by one of the workers. I can't wear a mask because of health reasons and was forced to wait outside like I was a dog. Felt very discriminated. Will never use this business again.

The ladies were so kind and quick with my 3 year old twins. Made an appt online, was seen immediately and my daughter loved having her hair cut and the stylist even gave her a pretty French braid. My son cried (always did at the barber) for the first 2 min but then stopped after a conversation to distract him!Thanks ladies !!

You have to book before you can come in. 1 time we booked it and waited much longer than stated, another time said a 30 min wait but it was more like 3 mins. They charge more for a girl kid's cut than for a boys...and some of the pictures that they show for the boy's cut were a lot more detailed than the simple cut we had...not cool.

I have been a regular customer of the okotoks branch, i am not happy with the kind of haircut i got this time. the guy (old asian guy) who attended me was having a difficulty in understanding the instructions on the sheet from my previous haircut and i was having a hard time in understanding what exactly he was saying.

I called in for a haircut. I booked on line and there was no waiting time, although I was delayed due to roadworks. The stylist was ready as soon as I walked in the doorand and I received a great haircut and had a good conversation. This shop is my regular one when we're here in the summer.

Must admit very disappointed. Registered and arrived, was not asked for my vaccine status or QR code. Instead was rudely addressed that my mask was not properly positioned, effectively a wardrobe malfunction.At that point I was no longer interested in getting a hair cut here so I went to Tommy Guns.I can not review their hair cutting as I was not able to make it to the seat.
