非常非常差的店, 老闆人極差, 千萬不要去!

Definitely coming back to Neohome (Warden/Steeles) for all home tech items! Got a Zojirushi NP-HCC10 (5.5 cups) Induction Heater rice cooker’s inner pot replacement here when the non-stick coating started to flake. I had looked online and in-stores everywhere but it was either out of stock or half the price of an entirely new rice cooker (pfffttt). Then I recalled Neohome store at Warden/Steeles where I bought this rice cooker 7-8 years ago. Though they hadn’t the inner pot in stock and would’ve had to order it, the Owner of the store was kind enough to sell me one from an in-stock rice cooker and reorder the inner pot to replace theirs. Amazing!!!!! Price was fair, fast service and helpful staff/owner. This is my go to store for kitchen cookware needs.

terrible place, dirty products and people

I had a terrible experience at this store: I bought a stainless steel pan from the store. The cashier took it out from the box (the pan and the lid were covered in plastic wraps so you could not see what is inside) and sold me without the box which was fine (less garbage for me). Once arrived at home and unwrapped the pan, you could notice immediately that the pan and lid were severely damaged. I wend back to the store to ask for a replacement and I did not even opened my mouth and was asked: how did you drooped it?! And a big argument started! I asked for the box and when was brought to me it was a totally mess banged in corners ans severely damaged. Thanks God the argument stopped and I was given an other pan without any apologies! My worse experience in any stores ever! Be aware of this practice if you buy from them!
