Blinds Are Beautiful
Excellent after-market support. I installed their shutters in my basement. I wasn't happy with how it turned out, and after waiting 4 years, I finally complained to these guys about it. (The problem was mostly because I didn't know how to install it myself.) Within a couple of weeks, they had put in a brand new set of shutters for me, at no cost. And the result is wonderful.So there you go - even after 4 years, these guys will not forget you.

Blinds Are Beautiful
I stopped by the store in December as I was trying to match the colour of the handles on our Hunter Douglas blinds. Barbara spent a lot of time with me looking at samples to find the right match. We previously worked with Blinds & Beautiful a few years back when we got new blinds installed in our house. That time our sales consultant was Debby. Both times the customer service we received was top notch. We are currently renovating our master bedroom and will be replacing the blinds in our bedroom when the renovation is complete. I will definitely be contacting Barbara when we’re ready for our new blinds.

I had Debbie come to my home and she was so patient; especially with my indecisive wife (who I love very much). Debbie was awesome, she didn’t try to up sell us and made sure we stayed within our budget. We went with a beautiful set of top down/ bottom up duettes by Hunter Douglas. Happy wife, happy life. Had a really bad experience here. Had really expensive blinds installed that were damaged. They refused to take responsibility and were aggressively rude in their response. Beware that they will not honor warranty here.EDIT: I should also note that there are no leaking windows in my home, contrary to the response below.

We had some specific requests for the window treatment in our living room and Debby really listened to what we wanted and what our concerns were. She showed us the best options for our windows to help us make an informed decision. She also provided great expertise when helping us to select the color of the blinds. The finished product is exactly what we envisioned!!

One of the designers came to my home to measure my sunroom windows and help me find the perfect option for my large south facing windows. I received Excellent design service in my home! Also the installers were very professional, quick and left a clean work area. I am very happy with every aspect of working with Blinds are Beautiful!

I purchased a Venetian Blind for my kitchen window and the price was in order with what I expected, but on installation I realize it is a piece of junk. The mechanism that controls the tilt of the blind laths is an inferior product and will not operate as expected and or required.I now am totally disappointed in the Hunter Douglas product I received, and will ensure no other person will be bitten by this low quality product.
