Nick is not only knowable in motorcycles but he is also honest and helps you make your choices and does not pressure into servicing everything and all.Nick's honesty is what drew me from my first phone call, now only servicing my bike the first half of the service I'm looking forward to him finishing the balance. (He gave me the choice in taking apart my gear assembly and seeing what was wrong before just ordering all the parts and saying, 'ya you need to change it all' like most other mechanics said.)Nick was right he fixed it (it took a bit more time as the previous owner(s) before screwed it up.PS Nick has a passion helping clients add that extra bit of love back into their old bikes to make them new again.

Owner and staff are amazing despite having 1 incident in which my ABS sensor was not bolted back on correctly (was loose) resulting in an unexpected lockup and going for a little slide after work has been done on the bike. Thankfully I’m fine, the bike sustained damage but nothing major. It was unfortunate circumstances but don’t hold anything towards the shop/owner or employees. Mistakes happen, we are human. I should’ve also double checked the bike as they did rush to get it back to me as I had requested.Turn around time is usually fast considering the volume of bikes that are being worked on.Besides that 1 incident, I have been taking my bike to Augment considering their price, workmanship and dedication to customer service is unmatched.Highly recommend getting your service done there. I have been referring my friends and will continuously do so given they are reasonable and very understanding and realistic about outcomes of repairs.Very knowledgeable around motorcycles and still trust them to service my motorcycle till this day.Once more, mistakes do happen but also as a rider you should know your bike and do a secondary inspection which I failed to do so prior to hitting the road. Human error does existKeep up the amazing work!

I would highly recommend this place at least for the customer service. They listen to you and try to understand your needs and provide fair pricing. Most places if you call will not want to spend a minute listening to you, will ask you to bring the bike right away. Nick was not like that, he listened to what the problem was and provided as much solution as possible over the phone and then asked to bring the bike over. Prices are reasonable for the work and thanks to good old Ted for recommending this place. They still need to gain more experience but over time I think they’ll become one of the top repair shops in town as long as they can keep the same level of service.

I brought my 85 cmx250 here due to carb issues. I dropped the bike off and a couple hours later my bike was running better than ever. All my service will be done at augment from now on!

I had an issue with my bike Sonic (2005 Yamaha R6s) no one I know with bike knowledge or experience gad a clue what it could be and assumed. I took it to Nick at Augment Motorworks, after hours of taking it apart Nick and another worker Vlad found it. Ordered the parts that arrived in 5 days and bike was repaired in 1 day. So happy this issue got fixed they even checked other stuff like tire pressure, air filter, gauges, oil and did an amazing job. She’s literally running like new, the best place to take your bike if you have any issues, service is great, friendly staff, knowledgeable and honest! Great work done on my bike, good pricing, Nick does amazing work as usual, if you call other mechanics nearby even they will recommend his name so you know your bike (Ducati especially) is in right hands

What can I say? I have an old Ducati & I've been visiting this establishment quite regularly for the past month or so. Nick owns the place while Rob & Vlad work with him. They're all very amicable guys. Nick is quite knowledgeable on Dukes and he always takes good care of my machine. He's polite, he's efficient & he doesn't charge you an arm and a leg to service your bike. I think I've finally found my motorcycle mechanics in this town. 10/10.

Had the pleasure of working with Nick and his team on my 1987 BMW K100.They went above and beyond my expectations for the bike. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use their services for future builds and maintenance.
