Sam's storage is such a positive experience compared to where we were in the past! They actually give you 30 days of storage each month, have flexible payment methods and truly want to partner with you to keep your belongings safe by providing locks and an electronically activated alarm system. It is a clean area inside as well as the surrounding outside area. I recommend Sam's Storage to my friends and the other guys to my enemies lol.

We arrived in the Spring when things were melting and the yard was not finished so I won't comment on this as I assume great strides have been made based on the quality of the rest of the establishment. We had no trouble getting through the security systems and had clear directions to find our space. The storage space was clean and in good shape. All arrangements were made online. It has been a positive experience for me.

We rented a 10x20 unit for the past 7 months and from move-in to move-out had a great experience with Sam's Storage. They were always easy to reach and the online account and automated monthly payment made everything very simple. Access 24/7 and the units are very new and clean and the video surveillance was great for peace of mind. Only a 10-min drive from uptown Fredericton. For anyone storing moisture-sensitive household items (furniture, etc.) rather than business products and equipment like we did, I would recommend placing all items on pallets or something slightly raised from floor level, as moisture can develop between the concrete and item. All in all, very pleased with the rental and would highly recommend — thanks Sam's!

We've rented a smaller unit from Sam's Storage in the past, and recently a larger unit to accommodate our storage needs. The owner is very quick to respond to questions. The units are fully secured with video surveillance & monitored alarm system. Highly recommended if you are looking for short term or long term storage in a secured, easy to access, clean & modern facility!
