Sketchy location. Staff unmotivated.One employee called another “so ‘basic’ and Asian”.Store was robbed within 5 mins of being in there. The security guard just stared at the guy leaving and yelled, “hey, hey”.Go to a different location.

Return policy doesn't apply if cashiers don't feel like it or just don't know how to return things and numerous times the checkout/terminals have connection issues to the points system so you don't get the points and miss offers. Overall consistently terrible customer service.Go the extra mile down Kingsway to the Burnaby Shoppers.

I received a text saying my medication was ready at Shopper's at this location and gave the phone number. When I called to enquire, the pharmacy staff member I spoke to was extremely unhelpful and kept telling me she didn't know why I got the text or come up with any solutions of her own. She then eventually got the owner"

Cashiers don't acknowledge customers lined up at the checkout.They just ring items like they don't even care.*Advertise items are unavailable even though the sale just started especially their baked goods.

Breaking LAW!! false Advertisement@shopprsdrugmartThe worst shopper drug mart in Vancouver. Manager Anthony was so rude and the clerk female asian as well rude.The put prize on sale but when i paid not on sale.It is false advertisement and breaking the LAW.The price say $10 for 3 but when i pay, it is $5.99/ each.Antony the manager refused to give the price like on shelf.

Store is spacious and clean. Store layout is similar to other Shoppers Drug Mart stores. There is underground parking enter from rear of building but it’s not as convenient as parking on the street. I can usually buy the products I want. Store is well stocked.

1 hour to fill a prescription at 7 pm on a weekday....Not ideal for someone who just had abdominal surgery and is waiting for painkillers. The store and pharmacy was super quiet, no one lined up or waiting. It doesn't make sense why it would take 60 mins to fill a basic prescription. Will definitely NOT come back here to fill prescriptions in the future.

Definitely one of the dumpiest Shoppers Drug Marts in the Lower Mainland. Unreliable inventory and a bit of a mess to navigate. The check out experience definitely needs to be reviewed. There is no option for even paying for a paper bag in case you forget to bring your reusable one.

I had no trouble finding what I needed, and the self-checkout process was smooth. However, I was disappointed by the security personnel's behavior, as he engaged in racial profiling and followed me around whenever he had the opportunity even being the same race so I cannot probably imagine how often they do this with other minority communities. Since I was primarily shopping in the personal care and medical equipment aisle, I took my time comparing products and checking ingredients. Unfortunately, this gave the security guy an excuse to monitor me closely. I am writing this review after two months of the initial incident since I believed myself to be overthinking but after deciding to check the review once, I discovered that I am not the only one who has had a negative experience at this establishment.
