Please don’t do haircuts here. I had very bad experience. They don’t even known men’s haircuts.

Just paid 26$ to shave my head, wow. They are definitely still taking advantage of COVID.They definitely should adjust prices according to hair style and cut, not throw everyone in the same box. Will not be going back. Will be making my way back to old barber that charged 15$, even though they are out of the way.

I got my haircut from Rosa yesterday, and it was amazing. First of all they had a back room for services that was really convenient for those who doesn’t want to get a haircut or other services in the open shop due to religious reasons.Secondly, Rosa was so patient and did an amazing job on my. I loved the layers and she asked me about the style and length I want several times.Thanks.

Great for a good quick trim. Rarely need to wait more than 5 - 10 minutes without an appointment. I've rarely been dissatisfied with the outcome.However , they appear to be under new management, so the juries out until I have another cut.My first by the new stylist was very good. I'm glad as I've been going here for over 20 years.Prices are average to a bit below average .

Worst haircut and management team ever!!!! I am writing this review to warn people not to get your haircut here. I went to get a trim on Monday June 13th at 4pm. Rosana cut my hair. I asked for a trim and specifically told her to keep as much of the length as Possible because I had a hair colour appointment tomorrow that I had been waiting months for. She cut my hair 5 inches short and cut it two different lengths on one side. So I began to express my concerns as to why I was upset and got a extremely different haircut than I asked for. She just stared at me and didn’t say anything. She didn’t apologize or even try and work to make it better or accommodate me. So I paid and left crying. I went back 10 minutes later to talk to the manager because I was so upset they did nothing. This location is horrible the management team is extremely unprofessional. All I wanted was my $20 back. They couldn’t even do that for me. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
