Took my husband’s watch In to get his band fixed in December. Was told that he would look at it and call me back, no call. I called HIM about a month later, was told he hadn’t even looked at it and to call back. 8 months later and no call and no watch. Just called today and apparently he is on vacation. Worst business ever do not come here! No customer service and no accountability. I will update if we ever get my husband’s watch back.

Immpecable work, very friendly service. Only negative is you sometimes don't get your work back when he says it will be ready, however, he recently did ring sizing in an hour. He's worth driving downtown for, he does impeccable work. Very trustworthy as far as quality and honesty.

Edit: recommendation at bottom...Really bad. I've become accustomed to terrible service since moving to Regina but this was special. Dropped off my mechanical watch for service, told I'd be called with a quote the next day. 3 weeks later, no call, when I called he couldn't find it and told me he'd call right back. Guess what ... 3 weeks later, no call, I called back and he couldn't find it. Once he found it he gave me a quote; not knowing where else to take it I reluctantly said to go ahead. Was told it would be finished some time next week and I'd be called when it was done. Well ... a month later, no call, I went back in and nothing had been done. Avoid.Edit: after leaving this review I stumbled across E&J Watch and Jewelry Repair in the Northgate Mall. He immediately recognized the problem (Wild's didn't), charged me 2/3 of what Wild's wanted (if he ever bothered to call me back or actually did the work), and HAD IT DONE THE NEXT DAY. Check it out. The owner, who is the watch repairman was friendly and helpful assisting my father and I to get him a new expanding watch band.Would I go again you bet.Prices are comparable to other stores.What set him apart is he answered the phone when I called him. 4 other watch stores I phoned from google search, no answer.EOL

Horrible business - absolutely avoid if you value your diamonds! Had a princess cut eternity ring and 1 stone fell out - Gave a 1 week timeline - ended up taking a month and woudln't return my ring. Upon giving me my ring once done he was shaking, sweating and fumbling everything... He replaced with an ascher cut and when I noticed (because it was EASILY noticable as it's a 2CT eternity band), he flat out lied and said it was a princess cut. Also indicated the ring looked more yellow than before and also said it looked fine. Also tried to over charge me for the fraudulent work by almost $75! Had an appraisal done immediately following (which was done only months prior) and confirmed the stones were lesser quality and colour and not a good match as in previous appraisal done by the same appraiser! Absolute FRAUD and SCAM artist. He should be in jail!

Took my family heirloom pendant to them to have it cloned. Had it back within a few weeks & prices were reasonable to what I was quoted at other places. Only issue I had was they didn't contact me as requested, but due to the high volume of work they get, I liked the service and quality of work was great for what I wanted.

By far the best in goldsmith in Regina! I go in every 6 months for a cleaning, and always have outstanding service!!! His prices are amazing, and he always answers the phone! He has done major claw repair and removed excessive amounts of paint from home reno's. He has never disappointed!

I didn’t want to write a negative review but I’m entirely fed up.I gave my watch in to be repaired in September and a month later when I called about it he said he hadn’t even started on it but it was next up. Finally a week later he calls and tells me it’s ready to be picked up. For context I live outside of Regina so it’s a ~45 minute drive to come in and pick it up. Now not once but TWICE I’ve driven all this way to pick up my watch - within his posted hours of operations - and both times the lights were off and the store was closed. Clearly it’s not a one-off incident because the two times I went were an hour from close the first time and before lunch the second time. I talked to the florist next to his store and she told me “lots of people come looking for him” but that “once the lights are off he doesn’t come back”.This is no way to run a business, it’s two months later and my watch hasn’t been returned to me because of this and now I’m leaving town, meaning I’ll have to get a friend to pick up my watch for me. Unacceptable and I’m very disappointed because he seemed like a nice enough guy when I met him.

About 4 years ago, I took my 40+ year old wedding band to a high end jewelry store to have the break repaired, built up and re-brushed. They did repair the break, did not build it up and what they called re-brushing, I would call gouging! Well, it broke again and this time I took it to Ted. It took longer than expected BUT he called to let me know he was waiting on a special tool to do the re-brushing. When I picked it up, I got tears in my eyes. It looked like new! I couldn't be happier. AND it was about half the price of what I paid the first time for a botched job.I also took my great grandmother's 114 year old wedding band in for repair after I had to have it cut off after and incident with a door. It too looks like new.Ted's the best!

This fellow is amazing and definitely offers 5 star service! He sizes rings in an hour and does a superior job. It is so worth it to go to Wild's instead of waiting 2 or 3 weeks for jewellery stores like People's that ship your ring off to Vancouver. Girls with new engagement rings don't want to be without their rings for 3 weeks...come on. Thankful I found this resource! Thanks again!
