Really like this storage facility. There is friendly onsite staff M-Sat. Units are placed in developed area with paved lot. Secured code pass gates. They offer dolly equipment to help with moving your belongings for temperature controlled units.

It's a nice facility. But it was a little hard to find at first. Wish there was a sign out front by the main road letting you know that the storage facility is back in that area.

We returned to close the contract and empty the storage units but found that many valuable things were missing.Scientific High point telescope.Two Red uline 6 drawer cabinets with tools.Coin and stamp collection box.We are heart broken and very disappointing...be careful to keep things in storage units.Not wise to keep valuable things in storage units.

Went to retrieve something from storage, found them closed and no access till 6 July. My problem is they send me an e-mail each month with billing info. Notification would have been considerate. Not a facility you can use any time, obviously.

We've used RCS Storage for 1 year now and have been very impressed with them. The staff are responsive to questions, the buildings are safe, and clean & their men's & women's bathrooms are spotlessly clean. They also have not upped the price every 6 months as some do.

I helped a friend with her storage unit and i'm not too sure I like the 6 gap between the ceiling and the walls on each unit or that the neighboring unit wall can be hit so hard to knock over all of the neighboring piles of boxes. But clean otherwise."

One of the most cleanest facilities I have visited. Customer service is top notch. Go out of their way to help, moving is stressful enough and they were able to help me with my needs

Gated, some climate controlled units, decent prices. Friendly folks. If you're a Tennessee football fan you might even get a discount.

Hard to find. Slow to make repairs after customer broke the only back door entrance to climate controlled storage.There is a gap of about 4 inches where double door beam was broke, could possibly let snow & other things into facility. Apparently one is allowed to store motorcycles in indoor climate-controlled storage and ride them down the hall ways. Floors need cleaned.
