Our AC was not working for about 1 month4 repair individuals had came to fix the AC, but were all unsuccessful. Shane came and he quickly diagnosed the issue and proceeded to fix it. Not only did he fix the issue in record breaking time, (5th individual scheduled for the repair ) he patiently waited to confirm the AC turned on and was actually blowing cool air before leaving. I would highly recommend First Choice Heating and Air. I had to call on a Saturday and Shane did not hesitate to go to my rental place right away and did not charge me emergency call fees because it was the weekend. He was there in 20 mins. I couldn't be there so he met my tenant. All it was was a dirty filter and blocked hose. Shane was honest about how small the repair was and just changed the filter and charged me very little to do the job. I was so impressed with his honesty and his customer service that I have passed his name on to two of my investment property contacts. He is an excellent choice when you are looking at potentially very expensive repairs.

Shane installed my vents in my basement to get it ready for inspection. This was everything from a couple of dryers, range hood, and a few return and supply lines. The inspector recommended some changes and he made the updates. While I had to have him come back several times because of the logistics of working with Framers and Plumbers, he was able to accommodate. Shane is a knowledgeable professional.

Shane is a fantastic professional, very patient and well informed to fix any HVAC problem. We had a contractor cut out a main section of duct work leaving us with an inoperable HVAC. Shane reworked the main takeoff to be at a proper basement height, redid the cold air return to better function and fixed a leaky A/C condenser drip pan. Shane also worked magic with our gas line creating a manifold system with clean and organized pipe run. Lastly Shane did a great job transitioning us from contract hot water tank service to an owned unit. Highly recommend Shane and would hire again.
