I have recently visited Party City for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of party-themed items they had to offer! From balloons and decorations to costumes and accessories, they had everything that I needed for my party planning.The store itself was well-organized and easy to navigate. I was particularly impressed by the selection of costumes for different ages and occasions. There were fun and creative costumes for children and adults alike.Additionally, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They offered assistance when I had questions about certain items, and they even offered suggestions for items that I might have overlooked.One thing to note is that the prices can be a bit high at Party City. But I was willing to pay the extra cost for the convenience of having everything I needed for my party in one stop. And there are also frequent sales and coupons available that can help cut down on the cost.Overall, I had a great experience at Party City and I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking for party supplies or costumes. The store offered a great selection and the level of service was excellent.

I have to give it party city.Ever since Canadian Tire bought them, they have added quite a new twist to the stores.The costumes this year have more stock, as well as more variety in the make your own costume.The prizes also have more bulk options for birthday parties.Also candies now offer 10 for 1$ type deals. Making it great to spend 10$ and you've supplied your child's birthday party.Balloon service is quite impressive as well since they take orders on the spot.Used to have to call in ahead to check stock.

Great customer service and great selections for any kind of party!!! Staff Danielle was super helpful and spent time to explain the size and price for the helium balloons. I would definitely recommend this place. The balloon arrangement was nicely done and not pricey at all!!!

I wish I could leave zero stars. 1 star is too much for them. Seen lots of customers being treated badly in here. Awful attitudes here. You go in here happy because you are buying party supplies, but they will totally ruin your mood with their horrible behaviour. Staff is too busy gossiping and laughing at customers rather than helping them. This used to be a good location a few years ago but sadly their employees have ruined it. They have hundreds of bad reviews.

Amazing place! Loads of toys, party stuff for kids, you can find almost anything for your kids party needs, or just cool toys that kids love. Extremely Friendly, helpful staff! I was planning my 7 year old daughter’s birthday party, and the staff who helped me was KK, he gave me great suggestions when I couldn’t decide myself, and most importantly he was extremely fun to talk with! I kept coming back with my kids here, and they love it too!

I had a fantastic experience with the customer service at Party City! Barb went above and beyond to create the most adorable set of balloons. She took the time to ensure that I left the store happy and with a big smile on my face. It's clear that the ladies at this Party City location truly enjoy what they do. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Been a customer for Party City for over 2 decades. Convenient location w plenty parking spaces in this plaza. Great store for all your party needs! Self serve to find your balloons. Staff was helpful!

I was shopping when a staff member came out to me and asked me if there's anything that she can help me with, her name was Yaz. She was friendly and helpful. Stella was also helpful and answered my questions. The store manager Erin is very nice and professional. He knows what's he's doing.

Please save your time and do not go to this location. Very rude brats working at this location. If you read other reviews on here, you will see that this kind of rude behavior and poor service is normal practice for this location. I rarely leave reviews , but I must speak about this because management needs to solve this issue. I have been to other Party City locations before and the employees were fine. Do not go to the Richmond Hill store unless you want your day ruined. Armita is extremely rude to all of the customers. Your lack of basic customer service skills concerns me. You cannot speak rudely to people and roll your eyes and yell at customers. You cannot speak to people in this tone. Party City needs to properly train their employees. She was speaking to all customers in a very dismissive tone. You are working in a retail store, and customer service is very important. You cannot be rude to customers and act like you don't want to be there. Grow up. If you do not like your job, please change your job because Party City is paying you to represent them in a proper way. I can see from the 3.5 stars at this location, they are like this with all their customers.
