Poorly run McDonald's. Messed up my order, it happens, we are all human so I went back to get the rest of it.. they were unapologetic and just rudely handed me everything. Like .. at least acknowledge you messed up?

Finally decided to give McDonalds a try again after a long time. Shamrock shake was available, had to try it!Ordered a Large Fries. Got a barely filled box. Extremely disappointed.No idea how the standard of McDonalds has dropped so much.It gets worse. I asked for no salt in my fries, the fries came salted, soggy and cold.The quarter pounder with cheese just looks so sad. A few silvers of onion, two wilted pickles, and a non-toasted, squishy bun that feels like a sponge.The sadness radiating from the meal is so strong, I needed to mentally prepare myself before taking a bite.Would not recommend this location. The staff clearly don’t care about how the food is prepared.

You can have a GREAT breakfast when their owner/manager (very infrequently) shows up & instructs workers, but it's hit-and-miss other times. Half the times you get stiff, stale English muffins for your sandwich and not-even-warm hash browns. The coffee is usually good. The owner/manager should show up more often and keep quality more consistent.

Where to start...Can't beat down the good ol' taste of McDonald's when you got the craving.After my experiences with this restaurant though I'll opt to walk a bit further to Lougheed or even to the one by Burquitlam now.Place is usually LOADED with students from the nearby college so good luck finding a seat.Multiple times I addressed them cheating their service time, bumping orders off the board before they've given the order to the customer. Watched multiple times my order ready to be served, but they don't know that because they cleared the order already.Multiple times I've called them out on it. Multiple times I've been told Oh sorry about that". Multiple times they continue to.Whether the managers just don't know any better

I visited around 2:30pm yesterday and the worst McDonald’s visit till date.First nobody took order for 3-4 minutes after me saying hello again and again and then finally someone says Can you wait! After placing my order I got to cash booth and I told the lady I am collecting points. She told me you should tell us while ordering so you don’t waste our time. I work as Assistant Manager for McDonald’s so I know everyone is taught to ask are you collecting points every time one takes an order. I told the lady you guys didn’t ask and she is like you need to tell so we don’t have to wait because of you.

Great experience consistently. I was very happy for my hot hash brown, breakfast sandwich and coffee. It was still warm by the time I reached my office in the morning. Drive through was fast and efficient, staff are friendly and polite.

So today I was having a hankering for some McDonald's and drove to the local drive through and ordered what I call a junior chicken at the fine establishment and when I went to pay the man at the window he made sure that the order I was paying for was for a junior chicken, little did I know this was man was a master of deception and an artist of the worst kind. The aforementioned junior chicken" turned out to be a ruse of the egg and cheese variety. Now I know sometimes things get lost in translation over those headsets but at no point in time could I have possibly asked for a cheese burger with no patty and and poached egg instead. (which I have determined to be the only possible way to order this monstrosity) :("

Had to repeat my order and specifically said no cheese on my filet fish, twice at the menu board then he repeated at the window and again I said no cheese....yeah he says....only reason it got 2 stars i used to work here in the old building.....shoulda checked before leaving and of course no receipt....nice to know they've never improved.
