Lisa was our month-of wedding planner and she and her team were phenomenal! Lisa was very thoughtful, professional, organized, meticulous, accessible, and put into action our dream wedding ☺ From planning and organizing the logistics of the day's events to patiently explaining the ins and outs of a Chinese tea ceremony, Lisa was amazing! Throughout our planning time together, Lisa was very responsive and was always there to give advice on all the little things that came up. She and her team were professional and always around to support the flow of the day without being intrusive – it was comforting to know Lisa and her team knew our itinerary and kept us on track. Some highlights included making sure the train of my dress looked picture-perfect and was free from twigs and grass (outdoor photos), ensuring my husband and I stayed hydrated, organizing hors d'oeuvres to be brought to our bridal suite when we had some downtime during cocktail hour, leading us seamlessly through table-to-table toasting (and giving the next table a heads up), giving our wedding party heads up or few minutes warning time for speeches. It was these little things that allowed us and our wedding party to be present in the day, instead of worrying about the next task. Our family and guests had such positive things to say about Lisa and really noticed the professionalism, level of organization, polite demeanor, and attention to detail she and her team brought to our wedding! When we first met up with Lisa, we had almost all our vendors booked. She gave great recommendations for limo service and connected with all of our vendors a few weeks before to ensure start times and that everyone knew the relevant itinerary as appropriate. She took our planning and ensured it was all executed seamlessly. Lisa and her team really put our minds at ease and gave us the peace of mind to truly enjoy the day! She was a dream to work with! As people often say that weddings go by very quickly, I want to re-live every minute of it and have Lisa’s coordination all over again! Honestly, she was the best and I feel like I’m putting more time into writing this review than I did my wedding speech hahaha, but everything about Lisa and her team were spectacular! I would 1000% (and already have) recommend Lisa for wedding planning/coordination!

I was able to be apart of an amazing event that Lisa Wu organized. “Kickboxing & Networking event for boss babes” I really enjoyed this event from the class hosted by Caity, the networking opportunity, and the snacks :) Taking part in this event was the best decision ever, I’m now a regular member of Hers Kickboxing which is helping so much with daily stress and anxiety. The networking at this event has led me to some amazing people who I’m now working with today. This was one of my first ever networking events I was very nervous going in but Lisa made as all feel very comfortable and a safe space. I would highly recommend anyone to take part in this amazing networking and kickboxing event.

We hired Lisa to help set up our wedding venue on the day of the wedding. She is a meticulous professional who is detail-oriented. She came prepared to all our zoom meetings and discussions prior to the wedding, she followed up promptly with helpful charts to keep us organized. Lisa was amazing throughout the wedding planning process and on the day of the wedding itself. Because of the pandemic, we had to postpone our wedding twice and throughout all of that Lisa guided us through the process, re-coordinating with our vendors and giving us feedback every step of the way. She stayed calm, collected, and optimistic, which helped us mentally and emotionally during that tumultuous time.On the day of the wedding, Lisa and her team (Natalie & Jennifer) were SO organized and helpful. I didn't need to worry about anything! I was told over and over again how calm I seemed because I truly was really calm! I put all my trust in Lisa & her team and the day went so smoothly (and I was told we were 1 hour ahead of schedule at one point!), I was able to enjoy every moment with my husband and our guests. Someone was always checking in with us, making sure we had water, drinks, food, fluffing dresses, fixing my hair, etc. It was wonderful and effortless! Even our guests noticed and asked us who our planner was because everything went so smoothly. We've already verbally recommended her multiple times throughout the night.I would highly recommend Lisa & her team at Wu La La Wedding & Events! I couldn't have imagined the day without them.

Lisa did a phenomenal job planning and executing an August wedding in downtown Toronto for about 200 guests.I can confidently say that this was the best wedding that I have attended. The organization was impeccable: location, sequencing, timing, etc.Lisa was even present into the late hours of the evening, well beyond her duties, ensuring that the bride and groom had the party of their lives!

Lisa did an amazing job planning our wedding! She was very well organized and helped keep us on track to achieve our dream wedding. She was incredibly professional but most importantly very adaptable. She was able to accommodate our numerous changes (including last minute changes the night before). She was always available to us and worked around our schedule to make this process as easy for us as possible. She helped source a lot of our vendors and coordinated with them during the entire process, allowing us time to focus on other things. During the day of the wedding, she was always present, but at the same time not in the way, allowing us to take in the wonderful experience without having to worry about any logistics. She kept the entire wedding on track and made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. I can truly say the day would not have progressed in such a effortless manner if not for her and her team. We hired Lisa Wu for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we've made for our wedding! She is incredibly organized, meticulous, timely and all at the same time amazingly caring! On the day of our wedding, I did not look at the schedule once as her and her team were able to keep us on track the entire day. This gave me the opportunity to just be in the moment for one of the best days yet and created for completely stress-free day! One of her assistants, Jen, was also very sweet - she would hold onto my (heavy) bouquet everytime we were waiting in cue for any of the key events. A HUGE THANK YOU to Lisa Wu and her team for making our wedding day that much more beautiful to enjoy. Applause all round!

It has been a month since our wedding and my husband (!!) and I are still over the moon with how spectacularly our wedding day went. It could not have been possible without Lisa and her team. We hired Lisa as our month-of-coordinator and she went above and beyond, from working with us starting at around 6 weeks before the wedding to make sure we had everything on track, all the way until the week after the wedding when we had to sort out final details with the venue and rental vendors. My wedding day went smoothly and I did not feel any stress at all (which is every brides dream!) and I’m sure this is only because the WuLaLa team was handling all the issues behind the scenes for me. :) I got to enjoy my wedding day to it’s fullest all thanks to Lisa and her team!
