F.J. Horgan Water Treatment Plant has some of the most amazing views on the ground and in the air. Not traveled much by many people but there is parking and great waterfront trails for walking. Biking or jogging. The beach is great east and west and if you climb up the massive hill you can look back at F.J. Horgan Water Treatment Plant land.

Toronto has some very cool water filtration plants. This is newer than the majestic R. C. Harris, and both more secluded and more modern.
