Pretty quick to answer he couldn’t help me if didn’t want cheap Chinese tires as that’s all he had went to Truro location and had better ones in stockHad better service before

Great experience from start to finish. A little on the expensive side, but any issues or repairs are covered under the tire warranty just for purchasing tires through Kal.

He will charge you FULL amount for each work even if they are done at once and then he will say he gave discount...He said he could have charged me more!!

Just wanted to leave a positive review for the service I received. Was in a bind and they were able to book me in that day for an alignment. Mechanic was friendly and the car drives straight as an arrow now.

Kal Tire is the best. We arrived early Friday morning before a long holiday. No appointment. Needed 4 new tires. They were very gracious and fit us in. I had a tire lug lock with no key. They had no problem expertly removing the four locks. We entered the office at 7:45 AM, before it opened and were completed by 9:15 AM. One could not get better service than this. Thank you Kal Tire! - Kal Tire Dartmouth. We were traveling through from Vancouver Island. This made our day.

The person at the desk was very rude, and abrupt. The tires and installation were great, but I won't return for the simple fact they don't care how their customers are treated.
