Some disobedient people live in these buildings who never follow the rules. Not a well-managed complex. Unplanned and disorganized management. It takes forever for Repairs and services to be completed or sometimes, they are postponed for unacceptable reasons.

Unfortunately I can’t give 0 star because management team is extremely unresponsive and give residents a hard time on purpose. Always ask for unreasonable requests and stay behind the policy, refuse to give you answer and force you to follow.Don’t care about residents. For example, when you use elevator, they ask for money order, and don’t accept cash or personal check for deposit. I can understand personal check is unsecured but cash is still not working for them? The fee you spend on money order every time they don’t care and don’t reimburse. They think it’s your fault don’t have premium account in bank. Another example is as pet owner, every time when they or examine technician need to access your unit they don’t give accurate time (only date) and they need you on site even you already put your pet in separate closed room, there was more than five times I got phone calls that management team asked me come back from my work immediately. They don’t care what is your work and whether you are able to do it.These are just two examples, actually I have a lot more I can complain about this building’s management. And I chatted with several neighbors and we all think in same way. I’m very happy I can leave this building and not live here anymore, because it’s really not a good place to live!

One of the wrost projects of Times Group Corp.! They called it luxury! That is a shame!
