Geoff was everything you could ask for - well-informed about the product, accommodating, friendly and supportive. I have put the EW-20 through it's paces inside and out. Low speed indoors offers great control and tight turns. Outside it goes like the wind. Going up steep hills it doesn't hesitate and it coasts down hills in control with just a slight grip on the brakes. While bike lanes are preferred, it handles the uneven surface of sidewalks well. I added some reflective strips on the back of the seat and a rear-view mirror for safety. It has performed like a champ and has greatly expanded my access to the rest of the world.

I would like to say that when I first purchased my Swift & Foxx scooter, I was unsure what I would be getting. I bought as a pig in a poke.Now that I have my scooter, I honestly believe that this is the best purchase I have ever made. The suspension is far superior to that of other scooters I have tried out. As I have several fractures in my spine the suspension was one concern I no longer have to worry about. That is only one of the many facets of this scooter that outshine the others, there are too many to count.I have a number of other issues going on that really do impede my ability to get around such Parkinson’s but again that now has been resolved.The satisfaction of having the ability to go anywhere I want when I want is unmeasurable. I am so grateful to have what I consider one of the very best scooters on the market today. The style is out of this world, people stop and just admire the classy and sporty look of the scooter and do not hesitate to tell me so.Now for another equally important aspects of this purchase. The people at “AddFreedom Scooters” in my mind are just supper. I dealt with one person in particular by the name of Geoff Warren who did not know me from “Adam,” and we only conversed by phone or e-mail. I can tell you that this gentleman knows his stuff. He answered all my questions without hesitation and at some point, he must have been getting tried of me. But he is and I am sure that he will be there for me should the need arise.I give “AddFreedom Scooters” ten stars for their honesty, knowledgeability, friendliness and just wanting to be there to help you out.I am proud to have crossed the path of this company I highly recommend it to whose so ever is looking for a mobility Ade.Many thanksFrank H. I'm not sure if i have enough words for this review. Geoff was fantastic with explaining everything about the 3 wheel scooter i bought. He explained everything with clarity. Geoff was a pleasure to meet and deal with. I didn't feel rushed in any way and i was well informed. The service i received was nothing but superb. My scooter is fun and peppy.I was able to get to the park trails which i have desperately missed for the last year and a half now since my accident that has made it difficult for me to walk. This was truly a unique experience, and it totally covered all the bases of customer service. Geoff Warren, from Freedom Scooters really wants your business and goes out of his way to show you how much.It starts with a warm friendly greeting when you enter the store, and continues until you are waving good bye when you leave. They have excellent prices, dependable service, complete training for maintenance, and operation of their scooters. I don't usually throw out accolades lightly, but Geoff and his company have earned them and more!!Keep up the good work!

Update - poor quality of the product. Basket broke after a few months of use, and now the Breaks are not working. Geoff doesn’t have the spare parts, and tried to blame us for the problems.
