I’ve purchased 4 bras from crimson within the past 2 years, I must say they are the best bras I’ve ever worn; and the ladies are absolutely amazing and very helpful. Thank you Crimson!

Walked in, told the sales lady what I needed, first bra I tried on, fit perfectly. She obviously knows her stock and job.I'm Thrilled.

I stopped in earlier today and have honestly never been more turned off by a sales employee in my life! I was browsing the shop and within 1 minute of me walking in, the sales lady approached me to immediately let me know, “just so you know, everything in this section is gonna be $xxx minimum… now this section over here is about $xx which is probably more in your price range” and honestly.. what…I know I look very young but I found it offensive to assume I don’t know what I’m looking for! I know how shopping works and can look at a price tag myself and decide if the item is within my budget by myself.I don’t usually leave reviews like this but was honestly just so turned off by the whole experience that I left immediately.She didn’t even ask if she could help me find anything, what I was looking for, etc.. she kind of just implied that I couldn’t afford to buy anything, which is funny to me because I’m a girl who has purchased lingerie before and was fully aware of what the typical price range for a set is before I even walked into the store in the first place…I hate to be a Karen about it but I just thought it was sooo unprofessional

I highly recommend everyone to visit this shop and have a look at their quality product line. The ladies there went above and beyond to understand my concerns, and helped determine exactly what I need. They helped me out with a bra fitting, brought me options to try, advised on what to look for for optimal comfort, and made sure that I left that shop with a smile on my face. I was in a lot of pain and knew I needed a good bra. I went to the Westhills location a while ago and brought the best bra of my life. I have major sensory and skin sensitivities, so I don’t mean it lightly when I say that this bra was life changing. When I moved, it got misplaced and I knew I NEEDED to get another! The staff were so helpful at the Market Mall location. I know the bras can be pricey, but when you wear one, you understand why. This company stands for quality and they only bring the best of the best items into their shop. They fitted me and gave me some options for styles/cuts that would work best for me, to help relieve the pain in my back and neck. The Madison Premadonna is what I bought initially from Westhills (the underwire is triple padded. so you get support AND comfort). They fitted me with a few options at Market Mall, but I ended up buying the same one! I cannot wait to have a drawer full of Crimson Lingerie bras. I’ve had issues for years with undergarments and clothing in general, but my experience with Crimson gives me hope that I can find things that work for me! Thank you to the staff at Crimson Lingerie, and especially Elizabeth, the owner. She pours her heart into these locations and the service and product selection could not be better. They also have a section dedicated to mastectomy bras. They are educated and experienced when it comes to product recommendations and customer service. I’d highly recommend that you visit and check them out!
