We were so fortunate to find Clark! He handled the purchase of our house in a completely professional manner. Due to renovating, we had to be at the house several times before the purchase went through- Clark was there every time and ushered us through every interaction with the sellers, etc. It's nice to deal with someone who is so knowledgeable and available. My wife and I had such a fantastic experience with Clark Hitchcock and his team that we had to write a review. We were looking for a home in Chilliwack and he was able to find us the perfect house at the right price-he walked us through the whole process and was extremely flexible and accommodating.Clark never once made us feel rushed or forced to purchase. In fact, he made sure to ask a lot of questions to make sure we were 100% confident on the property. I would 100% recommend Clark for buying or selling in Chilliwack as he is one of the finest we have dealt with.

They just don’t come any better . Clark has now concluded 4 real estate transactions for us over the past 8 years in a very timely fashion. We have found him to be patient, thorough, knowledgeable and never pushy. We are now leaving the area, but should we ever return, Clark will be contacted for our real estate needs.
