Underwhelming customer experience. They don’t offer any alternatives if you’re looking to switch but your current plan pricing is better. The people working there were just dismissive.

I have an old data plan (Mobile Internet Flex), with a 10 Gig/month limit. I use it for about 3 months/year when I'm at the cottage. I'd like to figure out a better plan, or how to exceed the 10 Gig limit if I really need to --- but there's nothing online about adding data to this kind of plan, and calling for customer service says average wait time is 1 hour". This is really disgraceful."

Yesterday I spoke to Andrew at Masonville. He helpfully answered my questions about the details of my plan and also changed a few things on my phone so it would run more efficiently. Great customer service !

I just joined Telus/Koodo and could not be happier with the excellent service and support. I'm so glad I switched. Had an issue with an offer I received from a Telus agent via phone call, went in store to have it resolved. Nathan helped me through the whole process and ended up getting me a better deal that I was originally offered. Incredibly happy with the service, everything was dealt with very professionally on the storefront end. Thanks Nathan!
