Just a bought a 2023 Honda Civic from this location and the service throughout the whole process was amazing. John Musicco the sales rep, is the best out there! I live in Scarborough so the trip is about 1 hour 30 mins but it is worth the drive, there is no better Honda Dealership than this one! From the first phone call John was very helpful. He fully explains the buying process, is always communicative and friendly and answers any questions you may have. I had alot of questions since this was my first time buying from Honda but he was always patient, always checked in via phone or email and he made the experience so easy. This was my first experience with Dalts Honda but certainly not my first experience with car dealerships. They were excellent to deal with especially April in service. Never been here before. I got an email from them today telling me that I had booked my truck in for service next week. I did not...I thought it was a scam. I spent the majority of my lunch hour going back and forth with them...getting dumped to voicemail trying to sort out what happened. One of their staff, I guess, accidently took an appointmente from someone with a similar last name. They had my VIN, model, and year...as well as my full name? How? Thats very scary. All sorted now. As I do need an A1 service on my truck, (light came on yesterday 15% oil) I offered to them to give me a deal (or free) on an oil change next time I am in Orillia. The customer service rep called me back saying no to a free oil change...I said, ok

Amazing experience! I am so pleased with the service I received while picking up my new HRV. John Musicco is incredible! He went above and beyond my expectations to help me trade in my Fit for a more realistic vehicle for a mom of two.
