Very disappointed with their quantity and price. I was a huge fan of this place and went this weekend and not only has the pricing gone up to $17.80 for a 2 BBQ with rice platter, but the crispy pork is now 1 mm thick. What happened to actual pieces of pork. How on earth can you raise the price and then cut slices thin like that and call that a decent portion. I was actually not even full after eating my thin slices of pork. I will never order from here again. Such a disappointment!

Ordered the BBQ and roasted pork with rice dish, and a hot and sour soup. You get a combo deal with the soup if you order it with a main. Bbq was good and well prepared. Skin was crunchy. Great for food court.

Free surface parking @ the Amazing Brentwood. Paid underground parking. Accept cc. Long lineup when it had their grand opening. I went there again recently on a weekday and there was no lineup and no wait. 3 ladies working behind the counter. Minimal interaction but the servers remained polite. Price justified by the portion and food quality. Fair to say that they maintain the quality of food (by food court standard). I don't mind to come back again.

The servers are really nice and was very accommodating to my friends needs. The food looks decent. Friend says it’s very delicious. Reminds her of her days in Asia :)

Bona Fide BBQ 百味燒臘
Heard a lot of mixed reviews about Bona Fide BBQ in Brentwood Mall so decided to give it a try to see for ourselves. Got the 2 items combo, one with BBQ pork & soy chicken and the other with BBQ pork & free range chicken. I thought the food was pretty decent and actually a lot better than some other Chinese BBQ places. Close to $16 each, definitely not cheap but reasonable considering everything is so expensive nowadays. Service was friendly and efficient.

Staff attitude is EXTREMELY BAD.Rolling eyes, speeding up conversation for no reason when customer has not even finished the sentence. Not sure why working if staffs dont want to work. Get a new job if dislike interaction with customer.

An honest review: First time trying this place and I have to say that I am impressed with the food. I ordered the roasted duck and roasted pork on rice for take out. The service was speedy and good. The taste of the duck is by far really delicious and I appreciated the nice crunch on the skin of the roasted pork. The taste deserves a 5/5 rating.I think that the portion size of the take out could use a bit of improvement, very little vegetable and more sauce seasoning is needed. I think that the price of around 15$ is fair but is somewhat on the pricey side but then again prices are increasing everywhere and inflation. I am overall impressed with the food as it is much closer to drive here than to Chinatown for Chinese BBQ.4.5/5 Stars

It's my regular lunch spot for almost 2 years now. Staff are always friendly and fast. Best Chinese bbq dishes I have ever had. Personal favorite is the 2 meat bbq combo (bbq duck and crispy pork).

This is the closest Chinese bbq place to where I am. Their bbq meats are pretty decent, and their service is fast and efficient. I am a frequent returning customer, as it provides the Chinese food fix that I have a few times a month. They have daily specials which is a great deal- comes with meat + rice + soda drink. Their bbq pork has been their special for a long time, so I hope they can rotate their daily specials sometime.Though I still prefer Chinatown BBQ for their duck. For location, this is the best I can get here in Brentwood Burnaby.
