Again the slowest drive thru ever. They never have people pull up front if their order is going to take awhile the other KFC’s do it why can’t they. Waited so long for the one car in front of me that I had to request a fresh quesadilla which was a mess, seemed like they just heated the same one again cuz it was burnt. This drive thru deserves a 1 rating and that’s being generous. Not going back there again, I’ve given them enough tries to get it right and they just keep failing

Worst drive thru experience ever, I said I was ready, I was told to hang on, waited for 25min and when I said hello after 25min nobody answered me and completely ignored me, so I left. I will be letting all my friends and family know about my experience.

Ordered a LARGE popcorn chicken and 6 piece chicken strips, was given a fry box of the popcorn chicken which was SIGNIFICANTLY LESS than what a large always is. Was still charged way the hell more than any other KFC restaurant does.Do better, get better workers. They’re all lazy and don’t know how to do their jobs. Stop overpricing food!!!I’d really appreciate a refund but we all know that will never happen.

Gave this place two chances incase it was a one off.The first time, we got to the drive thru at 10:30pm. An hour before closing. Got to the drive thru speaker, waited 5 minutes before anyone even said hello.Waited 37 mins for food, fussy baby in the car. Definitely would not have gone through if we knew it would be around 45 mins wait time.Second time, we ordered online and got it delivered. The website said it would arrive by 9:10. (40 mins wait time) which is fine. But the food didn't actually come until 9:40pm. Something didn't actually taste right with the gravy, so we ended up just dumping it. Tasted a little sour.Leaving 2 stars because the chicken was still good. Definitely better at other places.

Poorest fried chicken bucket I’ve ever purchased in that it was not the Kentucky recipe for the chicken I remember. This had hot spice probably cayenne or hot paprika. Ate one piece each & had to throw away cause was too, too hot for this senior. Had to drive in from a small town west of lethbridge. Pity we won’t buy again. Should have told us the super dry fried coarse coating was hot. Pity. They’ve lost my business.

Placed a large order on skip ten minutes before they closed for skip, and not only did the accept the order, they made everything fresh, and even included an extra piece of extra crispy. Excellent work on the part of the closing staff. Will definitely order again.

Will not be returning. Ordered a boneless box for my children, came with 4 popcorn chicken?? The Crunchwrap supremes might as well have been vegetarian as there was little to no beef, same with the Dorito tacos, i actually asked my wife if the middle of the tacos fell out in the bag that’s how bad it was. What a waste of money.

Pulled into the drive thru line at 6:08pm. Finally got to the ordering box about 20 minutes later. I gave a couple minutes before saying “hi there.” Absolutely no response on the box. Waited 5 minutes and said “hello?” Again, zero response. Decided no one wanted to bother taking my order so pulled up to just leave. It’s now 6:52 and there are still two cars waiting in front me and I can’t get out of the drive thru. Appalling. Absolutely appalling. Will not be coming back. Wish I could give no stars.

Lol. This food is trash. Memories of what KFC used to taste like got me here. Don't fall for it people. If you've never made fried chicken at home before don't hesitate to try because it'll still be better than this rubbish. Stale dry biscuits. Watery gravy. Save your money. Just trash.

Didn’t pay attention to the reviews which were pretty negative. My husband drove into town to the westside outlet. After a confusing interaction with the order taking staff over crispy coating and the other coating he finally purchased a $30 bucket. Our order was not only very dry chicken but was the spicy recipe which was not what we ordered. Very disorderly.
