The whole team, from the day I was welcomed at the RV show, till the very last time we hauled our trailer back to Alberta, everyone has shown high expertise and caring assist, even very funny mechanic guy from the garage, we can't be any more satified. We had a great,low pressure experience with platinum rv.All our questions were answered and all the paperwork was handle by platinum. When we picked up our trailer it was hassle free and our appt was on time. They installed our smart shunt for measuring the lithium battery specs.We would be happy to recommend platinum rv.

After a bad experience at 2 local dealerships and lack of stock in our area we drove the 3 hours to Erin and are thankful we did. The trailers advertised online were in stock along with other models. Staff was very helpful but not pushy in the least. We were left to browse the inventory on our own with staff close by to answer any questions. We ended up purchasing a new travel trailer that was out of our budget at other dealerships but under budget there. There were no hidden fees, just the advertised price plus tax. We were also given some extras for ourselves and our grandchildren along with $150 store credit. I would recommend them to anyone and will gladly drive the 3 hours to shop there again. Special thanks to Peter our salesman. Can't wait to pick it up on the 8th.

My fiancé and I bought a trailer from platinum rv last November. We picked it up a week ago and love it. When we picked it up the rv was shinny and ready for departure. We got a 150$ credit when we bought it and used it towards the sway control hitch. The employees are very knowledgeable and great to get along with. We are excited to make memories in this rv and would recommend or buy another rv from them any time. Thanks again platinum rv!

Platinum RV has been an amazing place to shop for a camper with some amazing people. My wife and I purchased a small teardrop trailer. We couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received. Anything from the showroom, to the paperwork and to the final step - the pick up, all was done with an amazing customer service. The trailer itself is superb and meets our needs. We drove all the way from Fort Erie to Erin to look at" the Bushwacker trailer because I knew I would get great service from a small town dealer. I was not mistaken. Before we left an hour or so later we had bought a 10 foot Bushwacker. All the staff in the office and Peter in sales answered all our questions concerning getting the brake controller installed and all the features of our new teardrop home. We are thrilled with everything including our purchase of a BBQ and a dolly wheel and complimentary insulated coffee mugs. Everyone should check them out before they buy anywhere else."
