Dollarama

One of the best branches of Dollarama in Toronto which provides customers with stuffs that one may not find in other branches and diverse choices for each item. The management regullary refills supplies and the staff are so welcoming that you never leave the store empty- handed.

Happy to report that my experience at the Bathurst & Finch Dollarama was pleasant. Once again had a good experience at the Dollarama at Bathurst & Cedar Brook this time. Happy to announce that I once again had a positive experience at this location.

Really great Dollarama location. Cashier's are very nice and friendly, lines move very fast!

It says that the schedule was updated a week ago through phone. It shows that they should be open All week long from 11am to 11pm, yet it’s only 9:55pm and they are already closed. Wasted my time driving.

Drewery and Bathurst no crowd line up during Covid Service is expeditious no issues

We’ve been here in the store a lot, but a sales lady named Eurita is so mean to a kid customer who is only testing a ball bouncing 3 times and she went to a kid saying this is not a playground but a store. And the kid is crying upset cause the way she approach. She has to be nice to the customers and kids.

This is a convenient location with a decent selection, however I remove two stars for two reasons.1. The cashier that helped me just before close on Dec 8, 2021 was incredibly rude. No hello, thank you, or any other courtesies that anyone typically shares with any other cashier. Moreover, she was on her phone and she charged me for a plastic bag even though I said I didn't need one. I know working closing shifts are hard but you're there and you get paid for a reason. Some people don't understand how customer service can brighten or disparage someone's evening and perhaps even motivate them into leaving a less than stellar review.2. During the day there are incredibly long lines. I'm in line for up to 15 minutes sometimes. I wish they would either hire more (kind) cashiers or implement self checkouts. This is a problem in other Dollarama locations too though.

Young man with glasses didn't allow to enter the store with small electric scooter with no reference to any law that states that its forbidden. Before visited this location - nobody said a word! Frustrated!
